My Mother is 91 and cared for my handicapped brother for 40 years, when she downsized to an apartment and my Brother went to an assisted apartment Sunday lunch for them at Mom's became the most important thing in the World. She had been doing this with Premier Care assistance for a few years. One Sunday with very little notice Megan notified me they had no one to come on the next Sunday, sorry for the inconvenience. That is not just an inconvenience, it was exceptionally upsetting to my Mother, it is unacceptable!!!. I was out of the Country or I would have helped my Mother. It is the sole purpose of their company, to provide assistance to those in need. You never give all your staff the same day off, how can anyone say you have no one to help. After I emailed we would no longer require their no service Megan never ever called my Mom to apologize, the sense she really did not care was abundant. This was a very, very upsetting situation, my Mother was in tears when Andrea came for her last visit. This should never happen!
