I must say that the flooring product is wonderful. The customer service is okay and requires lots of follow up to get anywhere. The contractors are great but it was a real struggle to get the trims in.We went through started the process in mid Dec2019 and the demo and floor install was in by the end of the month. We were hit with a few delays due to the contractors having some issues with their vehicle and I’m surprised there isn’t a spare.We had some tile work which was by another contractor. Luckily, the flooring and tile installer knew each other and communicated well their expectations.The tiling work was excellent but the scheduling didn’t sound like something flooring liquidators took care of.The final thing to resolve was the trims. Suppose to be stained and installed mid-Jan and actually completed end of Feb.I can’t say I’m happy with the scheduling but am happy with the final product.

We just finished installing our beautiful Natural Hickory engineered flooring from SFC flooring. It completely transformed the space making it warm and inviting. The in-store staff are helpful, but not intrusive, and gave great pointers for selecting flooring. When it came time to buy I was really impressed with the excellent communication from John, who helped me navigate the purchase and delivery process from start to finish. Despite a small hiccup with delivery, John was super quick to address it, and get the flooring on-site for when we needed it. All-in-all, the kind of people you want to do business with.
