I just had my Air Conditioner serviced this morning by Chis Lenarczyk. He did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the service. He also was very helpful with explaining the age of both the air conditioner and my furnace so that I can prepare myself in the event that they need to be replaced at some point in the future.

Chris Lenarczyk serviced our AC unit and did a great job. He was very professional and honest at all times, and took the time to explain the issue in detail.He found a solution quickly and had the parts to get our unit back up and running the same day. Very pleased with his service.

Mourice and Brandy were pleasant and easy to talk to. They checked the heating issue of our water heater and fixed It quickly. They gave some guidance and checked every tap before leaving. Overall they did a great job.

We had been without hot water for nearly a week when I contacted Boehmers/Cronin Emery Home Services for help. Jon was punctual and quickly assessed that owning a hot water heater was not in our best interest. Signing up for a hot water rental unit was seamless, and Jon made some phone calls to ensure we would get a new unit the next day. The technicians arrived on time and took great care in removing the old unit and installing the new one, making sure everything was functional prior to leaving. The entire workspace was left neat and tidy including the path through the house. Jon was kind and knowledgeable 100% recommend them!

I am highly satisfied with the service provided by Chris Hill. His punctuality and workmanship are truly commendable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of air conditioner repairs or maintenance. Thank you, Chris, for your outstanding service and for resolving the issue with my air conditioner. Brandon was helpful, professional, sensitive to my concerns. He was on time and did a thorough job ensuring all was safe with my furnace and he got it going again before tomorrow, which is predicted to be -30. Brandon did a great job. I would definitely request him again.

We have had a lot of work done to our home in the last few years. As appliances get older/ it eases the stress when you have the dynamite work ethic/knowledge and experience that Rob and peers bring to the table.. Thank you for the install/instruction and answers Rob. 10 out of 10!

Recently, we had Enercare do a few projects for us. We had the pleasure of working with Brandy, Gary and Taylor. They took the time to address our concerns and finished the project just as we had asked. They were professional, courteous and efficient. We've worked with Brandy on a couple of occasions, not only is she knowledgeable, she works with heart! I would not hesitate to work with this team on future projects!

We recently had an on demand water heater put in. The salesperson was professional and not pushy. Helpful. The service guys that came were very competent and courteous. It was not an easy install but took it in stride and went the extra mile. Stayed til 8:45 on Friday night to get job done right. We were impressed.

Our water tank started leaking possibly Saturday or Sunday, and wasn't found till Monday morning. We called the company for someone to assess and knowing we possibly would need a new tank. Unfortunately the system was down so they were going to return my call, but never did.I called back hours later to see if I could get an urgent appointment and they were able to make the appointment for me. They booked us an appointment for later that day with Zack Saunders. He was great, very polite and gave us so much information also warning us that they are so backed up it might not be an immediate fix even though we had to shut off the flow of water to the tank giving us no hot water in the house. Sadly we have been without hot water since Monday and wait till Thursday between 12 and 4 to get a replacement tank. For a family of 5 it has been interesting and we have had to travel around and spend money not needed to spend just for the fact that we want to bathe and boiling water constantly isn't working all the time with busy schedules. Also the fact that I am paying for something I don't even have is irritating and just an overall frustrating situation.I give Zack Saunders 5 stars for his friendly, polite and informative service call.As for the company I get they are backed up but this is terrible. I give the company a 3 star review.
