I placed a call to this office. My file was previously with Donna Taplin at the Taylor location. Now that she is retired, my file was placed with an advisor at the Gamble location. I do not have a vehicle and cannot access that location and asked that my file go back to the Taylor location, preferably with a female advisor. I was told rudely that there were NO female advisors by a woman who spoke importantly over me, lecturing me that they did not choose advisors by gender.
