Best place in the city’s to purchase authentic smartphones that are reasonably priced. I had received an imitation iPhone from eBay and Swiftronics help me facilitate the return to get my money back and provided me with a solution.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra and received it exactly as advertised. I had a little bit of issue at first and left them a comment but instead of a reply, I received a phone call having live support from them. I mean that means a lot to go that extra mile to make a customer happy. You guys ROCK. I would definitely recommend them and will do business again.

The most horrible experience with a retailer in Canada so far.The purpose of this review is to prevent others from making the same mistake as I did. Please avoid this place at all cost — they're selling broken smartphones and do not honor the warranty as they should, even if the phone breaks after 3 weeks of use. You will not be able to get any assistance whatsoever.Long story worth reading: I've purchased my Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G for a review while continue to using my Galaxy S21 as my main smartphone.The truth is that in those 3 weeks I've gotten maximum a few hours out of Mi 11 Lite. It was hardly used at all: I took a few shots, checked the screen quality, audio, run some benchmarks et cetera. Only basics.As you can see in the attached photos, it is still in brand new condition, not even a scratch on the rear or the front sides of the phone. And then, after 3 weeks, it just dies — the smartphone starts resetting itself, showing MI" and "Android" Logo hundreds of times

Very frustrating experience. My wife bought a brand new phone. It arrived quickly, but had a hardware issue that ultimately couldn't be resolved. They very quickly issued a return shipping label. The phone arrived there 2 weeks ago, and despite multiple emails for updates, we've received no response. We've contacted Sezzle and the bank to inquire about reversing the transaction and payments that have been made to date. Stay away!

We have bought several phones from this store over the years. Always loved the quality, sales person , price and process. I have dealt with Sean over the years and can highly recommend him, his performance and customer relations. I am a senior citizen and he was always available to handle my concerns and make me feel at ease.Last phone we bought a new Samsung phone from this store locationand had them apply a $30 screen protector at same time, they said it was a highly rated and recommended. Well, it came off eventually thru minimal normal wear and tear after almost 2 years . I called the store , spoke to Sean and he told me to bring the phone in and he would make it right. Many thanks and appreciation from me, and highly recommend this company and store location.

Bought a Sony Xperia 5 iii from them and it died unexpectedly. I tried to get warranty service from Sony but as it is an International version Sony Canada's service centre wouldn't honour the warranty. Sony Taiwan was little help as I don't speak Hokkein or Cantonese. I talked with Swiftronics and they arranged for the work to be done under warranty, set up prepaid shipping to Taiwan, and return through them. I did have to pay for the shipping there and back but I felt that was fair and the risk you take buying the International version.I had my phone back in less than three weeks, good as new.My experience with them has been nothing but positive.

Buyer beware! Stay clear of this company! They don't respond when I want a return bcuz their cellphone always drops calls and Telus confirmed that Xiaomi Redmi note 11 is not compatible with their network! The owner called me and his staff is completely useless!I seriously urge you to buy elsewhere!

My experience was not great in the slightest. This phone had some issues from the start the difficulty to find a screen protector that works due to poor screen sensitivity. Another issue was Android auto not working at all at first and then after alot of troubleshooting only working through several trips to the settings EVERY time we go on a drive, and it still only worked maybe half the time. Over all the top of this we called to make a return to the company 16 days after buying this phone and they sent us away saying even if the phone is defective they will not return it for us and then troubleshooted everything I did on my own only for it not to work in the slightest forcing me to be stuck with a useless phone that cost over 1000 $. The service and quality of the phone astonished me. 2 major issues and no help.NO SCREEN SENSITIVITY AND NO CAR CONNECTION plus HORRIBLE SERVICESTAY AWAY FROM THIS PHONE AND COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE TRASH

Very bad service, they did not deliver the goods within the promised time, and when I asked for a refund, they returned the money without delivery, besides a very rude manager, this store brought me a lot of problems and worries, and I just wanted new headphones! I don't recommend it even to enemies, and I definitely don't recommend this store to my friends!
