Airport Self Storage

We have now rented for the second time this year at your site and are always pleased that it is staffed by people who know what they are doing and always take really good care of us. The place is always clean and the dogs and cameras make it safe. I hope they expand and put up more buildings because they do a great job here.

Had all my belongings stored here during a long distance move. They have no security cameras beyond the front gate. Everything I’ve ever owned was stolen after my storage unit was broken into. It was 2 weeks after the break in before I was notified.If you want your belonging safe and secure, look elsewhere. Staff doesn’t care at all. Would give -5 stars if I could

Black mould developed on the ceiling in our unit.It was easier to leave then deal with how they wanted to handle it (get a new locker at our cost or let them work around/on top of our stored items without us present).It's a storage place, and you get what is offered.It met our need until it didn't.

Horrible customer service. They decide to leave at noon on Christmas Eve without any prior notice and when I arrived all the way from Bobcaygeon to pick up the Christmas gifts I was storing there the gate was closed. My wife finally was able to track down the property manager named Garrett who was rude and no help at all. Told us not to blame anyone but ourselves even though I was there earlier in the week and no signs. I wasn't the only one as there were others trying to get in. No reason for the gate to be closed at that time. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the girls I dealt with in the office were professional. Garrett not so much.

Convenient and staff are friendly and helpful. Not much else is needed in a storage facility. Recent changes in ownership have been helpful with hours being extended... But price for a unit has been increasing regularly and uts now a luxury for most.

Thank you for the great service. My husband and I rented last week and were very impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the facility. The lady who is in charge is knowledgeable, kind, and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. There are cameras and security dogs. We met the custodian who keeps the place immaculate. We have rented storage units at other places before, but this one is definitely the best!

Reducing the hours to 1/2 at a storage facility due to covid-19 is frankly just stupid !You just doubled the traffic inside the gates. Hello.... ? Not too bright !!You dont need to staff the office , but open the gates ! Does the guy not sleep there anyway?Get with the times ! Other storage facilities like the one in Bowmanville allow self entry 24 / 7Piss poor management !!!8 phone calls and 6 weeks later I finally received my deposit check in the mail.Never ever going back to this place.

This self storage is well managed but noisy due to the next door Oshawa Airport! The rental rates are reasonable and some units are heated! Airport Self Storage has 24 hour security and has security cameras. There are guard dogs, I have seen the dogs many times with the security person! The staff are friendly and helpful! The staff are informed, about every storage unit, due to their computer system having their storage records! There are a limited supply of packaging materials that are reasonably priced!

Good storage unit but be wary of their hours...planned to move everything on the Civic Holiday since everyone was around that day, went and got the moving van only to find the facility closed for the day. It does say in their hours that they are closed all statutory holidays, but didn't think to check ahead of time because we weren't expecting a storage facility to actually be closed to the public on the civic...
