John and Diana were awesome technicians. They arrived on time, gave me good advice, changed out the taps and fixed the leaky one, cleaned out the drains and then cleaned up! I believe for the amount of work they did, I got a very reasonable deal. Th and you so much!I do not have Facebook. so I cannot review the services there

I called Finan to assist with bathroom exhaust fans and had a horrible customer service experience. First, the gentleman who booked the service told me there was a $60 dollar fee to show up and only after assessment would I be charged for any work. BUT nope, there is also a minimum $120 work charge in addition the the $60 dollar show up fee. I wish that was communicated from the beginning. I also got rescheduled twice and the second time it was because I didn’t answer the phone. I was feeding my newborn and called them back 7 min later!!! Horrible customer service and will never use them again.

Needed some plumbing repairs/ installation.Finan was able to send a plumber next day. (John)He repaired/installed equipment in a timely and prompt manner. He also was able to accommodate a last minute request to repair/ replace kitchen tap fixture.Anyone needing prompt professional assistance should not hesitate to contact Finan.Again, special thanks to John!

Found Finan through the BBB and have used them over the years for electrical work.Good communication, quick response and, most important, they do a good job.Will use them again when the need arises.

Thank you Glyn and Austin for the excellent service. Finan installed new under cabinet lighting, troubleshooted 3 faulty switches/plugs, and installed our new ceiling fan. Glyn and Austin were professional, courteous, and explained the pricing for each job with what was required. Would definitely use Finan again.

I woke up this morning to a dead a/c unit outside. This was on a Saturday. I called and left a message and got a call back in less than half hour. Leo was in the neighbourhood and would be here in 20 mins. Two weeks ago I had my yearly check up and had the capacitor on the outside unit replaced. Leo checked this out and said that it was faulty and he would replace it. The a/c unit came back to life and he also said there would be no charge as it was a call back. All and all a great experience!James.

The plumbers did fantastic work in my bathroom. They were pleasant, careful, and efficient. They were also meticulous about clean-up and left everything in good shape when done. I highly recommend Finan Home Service and will definitely contact them again.

We purchased a hot water heater through Finan and they installed it back in 2017. We had a great experience with the initial install, and what is even more notable is the professional service they provided this week when our tank experienced issues. I reached out to the after hours line on Sunday, and received a prompt call back from the plumber on call, Tyson. He was very helpful and assured us that he would pass on our information to the office on Monday and that we would likely qualify for a warranty replacement. We received a call from Kate first thing Monday morning, and John came to inspect the tank that morning. The next day they installed a brand new tank fully under warranty. We are so appreciative for their professionalism and prompt assistance. We felt valued, and it was a hassle-free experience. We highly recommend Finan home services and will continue to be a customer in the future.

We had such a wonderful experience with the Finan team. First, John was so patient and answered every single one of our questions about Furnaces and hot water heaters. We hadn’t had to purchase either of these appliances before and we were so appreciative of him taking the time to not only explain our different options but he also didn’t try and push us toward the most expensive option (which a lot of other salespeople would have done.)Second, we were SO impressed and thankful that when the entire team showed up on install day, they either removed their shoes or put on boot covers without even being asked! They were even so careful when going in/out of the house not to let our dog (who likes to escape) out the front door. They cleaned up all of the mess from removing our old equipment and when there was an issue with the hot water heater shutting down the day after it was installed they were incredibly quick at answering our after-hours email about the issue.We would definitely recommend Finan if you’re in the market for a new furnace or hot water heater!

My kids are enjoying Finan. Amazing instructors and staff members. The most thing I like about this swimming class is they don’t have more then 3 in one group so kids get more personal attention and learning opportunities.I am glad to find the right place for my kids to learn one of the most important life saving skill swimming.
