I drove over 40 km to get to the destination because I was told over the phone they had my size 9 in stock; After purchasing the shoe I decided to open up the box to make sure both sizes were the same and to my surprise.. one was a size smaller!They apologized for the mistake and could not find the matching shoe after 10 minutes of searching.The manager decided to order me a new pair and have them delivered to my home free of charge.

Came to this store and was approached by a very pleasant staff, Anika S.Anika help us through finding the right shoes/fit, style. She even offered options of getting the shoes from the other location.Thought I would share my customer experience which usually not the case on retail stores.

Nav, setenio, and Alexandria were all so helpful today at browns Halton hills. They went above and beyond to greet me, find my sizes and just generally be helpful. I had a really great experience and would really recommend the store to anyone! Amazing customer service!

I have bought several pairs of shoes from browns online and picked them up at this location. I appreciate the staff. They are friendly and helpful. Specially Milton, he's always cheerful and happy! Dino the manager is well informed and accommodating as well! Every purchase and pickup has been nothing but a pleasant experience!! Thank you once more!!!

The sales individuals, particularly 2 older gentlemen, were very pushy to make sales which ruined our experience. Otherwise, the store was clean, they didn’t take long bringing the shoes, and offered a purse suggestion which was nice (at first before the pressure started). We literally had to say no at least 5 different ways before they would drop it. He also stood uncomfortably close when explaining shoe pads and sassed me when I said I didn’t want it. Also, the cashier woman was nice.
