Great.. quick... efficient price on cashing chqs went up tho.

This place is a busy place for sure, no parking sometimes so I have to come back if there is parking. But then there are times when I go in, I smell a very strong smell, probably coming from the next door that sticks to my shirt. Very clean location with hand sanitizer on hand. Very friendly staff and accomodating with my needs.

Money Mart phoned me to tell me to come in and make another loan to pay off my existing one ( in which I have no problem paying monthly payment ) so I went in and got turned down and they hit my Credit Karma now with a bad mark on my credit ...plus I came into town a long ways ,plus my time.. So whats up with that ..I have always been in good standing with Money Mart and because of them I now look like I have bad credit..I think I will pay them off and go to Cash Loans ...way nicer and professionel

Trudy is the most understanding employee I have ever had the pleasure doing business with. She goes above and beyond her job as a employee and makes you feel like a friend. Not a single other person who works there has the knowledge that she shows in her job. Thank you Trudy I won't even go there if you're not working.

Most horrible money mart out there. Everytime I go in I see the same lady, she was very rude the first time so I had asked why she needed to be so rude, after that every time I went in I could not get a loan due to technical difficulties. I go in the other day aDifferent girl is working now I don't have a profile but I have a installment loan with them that comes out of my account every month but now magically I have no profile and they can't make me a new one. She said she would talk to her manager but nothing since.

Fast, friendly, affordable, they have a new policy that is annoying though..I don't have ID so that's why I cash my cheques here...been doing this a long time, and before they had a picture of me on my file to identify me...but now they want a print out of my old ID dated for the same day.

This place might be busy at all times but I don't mind the waiting sometimes. At least the environment is always clean with free hand sanitizer that smells awesome! If you are in a rush, don't expect to get fast service when it is busy. Coz you have to factor in the speed of the internet, counting the money, checking to make sure your transactions are in place. But I do hope that the Western Union part is really fast for sometimes it is too slow, that is what holding back few transactions to happen and then people starts to gets antsy and now we have a unhappy fellow costumers. I do like coming to this location for some of the staffs are so friendly and happy to see me at least when I do come in to send money.
