I called and asked if they had a certain item and she sounded confused and then told me no they don’t have it… it would’ve been helpful if she actually checked. No customer service whatsoever.

They carry a collection of the most gorgeous sugar flowers I have ever seen! Such a big variety of various styles and colours to choose from. The ladies are very helpful & sweet! The flowers are of high quality and very nicely packaged to minimize breakage. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Great product! We recently ordered the gum/sugar flower from Petra International and we were so pleased with the item. It went beautifully with our babies baptismal cake. We will certainly order from here again!

I was asked fairly short notice to make a cake for an anniversary. I really would have loved to make my own flowers but I work late everyday and just wouldn’t have had the time. I got a few other things, all very well priced. And the gumpaste flowers are absolutely beautiful and so well packaged. They came so promptly as well. I was nervous about how they would do being delivered. I was picturing Fed Ex and in a box or something, but, the man who made the delivery was holding them with care and all came in great shape.

I came here to purchase edible flowers for my daughter’s birthday cupcakes. They had such a large variety of flowers and colours, all beautifully made. I also purchased some pearls and was glad to see they had a variety of sizes and colours. The employees were very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for future baking needs!

I recently purchased flowers from Petra for a cake I was making. The peony was beautiful but one of the petals was quite loose. The rannuculus was perfect but the rose I bought was to small. It didn’t come in a larger size so I made one of my own. Overall, I would buy from them again but I’ll take a ruler with me.
