Recently Community Living Mattawa required a new central air conditioning unit installed as quickly as possible. Within 2 business days the old unit was removed, a new unit was ordered and installed! Efficient, reliable, friendly service. Moved to Mattawa 2 years ago and Northern Energy has been great, whether it be an emergency furnace repair or just maintenance of equipment. They just finished install of new heating and cooling system, very happy with service and they have already returned to perform complimentary duct cleaning. Highly recommend this local company.

We had a plumbing issue. I emailed the owner and got a quick response. They came the next morning and fixed the issue quicky. Very professional and courteous service. Will definitely use again in the future.

Leaving a review so that anyone who does not personally know the folks at Northern Energy can rest assure that you are in good hands. We are brand new to the area and have no friend. We don't even know our neighbours as yet .We needed a new furnace installed and I chose to call someone locally. Tim came over looked at the space and provided us with a quote. We booked the duct cleaning service as well so that we can ensure that the air circulating would be nice and clean. Once the work began the guys doing the cleaning and installation notice that our vents were not connected properly and we need more vents installed so that the space can be heating properly. This meant more money so I was freaking out but Tim was very fair and did his best to ensure that our heating problem was fixed and we did not get into a situation that we could not handled. Rob, Paul and Spenser came to install the equipment and there were friendly and respectful and even cleanup the mess that was made.We are very happy that we called Northern Energy. We might be the newbie but they took care of us like we are family. Carol in the office is amazing as well. I called her all the time when I needed info. When you chose Northern Energy know that you are in good hands.

In the past ten years I have had four new furnace installations in my business. I have found Tim, the owner of Northern Energy Systems to be a very genuine, respectable and approachable person. As well I have had annual furnace maintenance and repairs done and I have found their work to be very efficient, professional and always completed in a timely fashion. Recently moving to the Mattawa area and purchasing a home / business we have been working with Northern Energy since moving here. Initially they installed a new Furnace, On-Demand Water Heater and Air-conditioner in our home under a tight schedule in order for us to be able to close the deal on our newly purchased property that had an ageing Oil furnace. Northern Energy came through on time and on budget, the job was professional and superbly done. Both the AC and Furnace are working perfectly and are very efficient. Since then I have had them install a “Cozy” furnace in my shop / office and most recently I had them hook up a gas stove and install the required range hood as well. The range had to be converted to LP and the hood was crazy complex to install (Due to wife purchasing a model kin to a Boeing 747)… Northern Energy did an excellent job on the install and our kitchen looks great with the new range hood and gas stove. (I do have to make sure I don’t push button (5) on the range hood as I’m sure it may be possible it will suck a turkey out of the oven and spit it out the vent into the back yard.) But since the vent was done by Northern Energy I’m sure it will handle it! :PAs our property is also a business that will require many more furnaces, water heaters etc. I know who I will be working with, and that will be Northern Energy.

I just had the ducts cleaned and a new furnace and heat pump installed in a very old house. There was quite a lot of retrofitting to be done in order to have the air flow rectified to properly distribute the heat equally throughout the house. There were challenges to overcome due to the older structures such as an unpenetrable stone foundation, which was worked around. Workers were all pleasant, polite and competent. I highly recommend Northern Energy Systems.

Great service from Northern Energy Systems.Have been dealing with them for 14 years and just recently required a new system and service was excellent. Very accommodating to meet my timeline and complete the job effectively and efficiently.Always friendly staff and responsive to any service calls. Would definitely recommend this company.

I wish I could give Tim and his guys a 10 score! Really wonderful team ! They did some work for me through Reliance and to be honest I was never happy with Reliance but Tim called me to explain things and keep me in the loop. If you are like me and honesty and actual human interaction when buying these are your guys ! I had an AC unit installed by them and they were amazing. Great honest down to earth people. Im super happy with the install of my AC/Heater unit and I would recommend them to anyone who needs anything home comfort!

The Municipality of Mattawan needed an HVAC system installed in the municipal hall. Within 24 hours of me calling, Tim had come out to the office, explained to me what would be installed, how it would work, and how much it would cost, and within those 24 hours, I had a written quote in my hand. The gentlemen arrived within two days of me authorizing the work, and began the installation. They were very courteous and if something needed to be explained to us, they explained the operations and answered all of our questions. Their work was very professional and clean - in fact the basement was cleaner after they did the work than it was in the first place! When I received the bill, it was exactly the amount I was quoted. We always receive excellent service from this company!
