I purchased a 2016 Honda TRXFA6 quad in White. I love the machine. The sale was smooth and easy. I brought the thing for the break in service which includes valve adjustment service and oil change a few months ago and all went well. The service was a little bit behind on the quoted service timeline so I had to call in a couple of times and get updates but no complaints there. I know these guys are always run over the capacity and are very busy so it's normal. The service manager was friendly and replaced a missing trim tab for free. The technician there is very helpful and takes time to explain things over in person or over the phone should I have any questions. Overall happy with this dealer and happy with my amazing Honda. I love how these guys have a big selection of Honda motor sports.

Just perchance a Rebel 1100 from Patrick here and with the help from Mark and Renee was able to get the financing and accessories all together. Could not ask for a better experience than from this team.

My local parts supplier... it can be difficult to get parts on short notice at a brick and mortar store but these guys did end up sourcing spare rims for the winter tires on my Honda Rally faster than anyone else could and even a teeny bit cheaper. The parts desk staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and smart, as well, but that's honestly not unusual at a motorcycle dealership. These guys clearly love their job. Full marks.

Looked at all dealers in calgary for a shield for my arai helmet. No one shows stock and have to special order with a few months wait. Mike in parts helped me out and had the shield in stock and for a lot cheaper then other dealers. Would highly recommend these guys. Talk to Mike in parts, great guy with lots of knowledge.

After the wild goose chase Honda in Edmonton gave us trying to buy an ATV. We were hesitant on dealing with another Honda dealership.But man was the process ever easy here!Ian and his team made the process remarkably smooth! It really couldn’t have gone any better!Even if it’s a 3 hour drive out.The customer service made the day trip worth it ! I’ll Defintley be considering this location for my future motorcycle purchase!

I was traveling home (Newmarket, On) from Alaska last month on my ST1300. I knew I would be needing new tires so planned on doing that in Calgary. I phoned Jack Carter N. a week ahead of time so they would be able to order my size. After sitting on hold for awhile I was told that they were too busy at Parts and would call me. Someone finally called two hours later. I expained my situation and he just said that he had no tires in stock for my HONDA and showed zero interest in ordering any. Obviously never toured on a bike and needed help on the road. Pathetic!!

Lousy service! I went there today with the best of intentions to buy a genuine Honda lawnmower. After being greeted 5 minutes later, i was asked if i could be helped. I said sure, i wanted to know about a couple of different models, and the prices of each to make a decision. the sales guy said he didn't know much about them, but would look them up for me. He was gone 15 minutes, which i found unusual for a couple of simple prices, so then i asked another sales person, he wasn't sure either. 5 more minutes go by, then a salesperson comes to me me named Les, and says he was going to follow up with me, as the first guy was not able to help. I told i was looking at two models, this year and last years models, not a single mower had a price on it.There was a small sheet of paper on a stand a few feet away with promo pricing on it for new models, and no information on older models, then the sales person grabs an older flyer from the shelf, that has all the wrong pricing on it for new models, and he struggled to provide any answers now. Then tried to contact the owner but is not able to reach him. After a half hour, i politely leave my contact number for him to call and follow up with my request.....nothing! nobody ever got back to me, lousy service. I went and bought elsewhere

Ordered parts in store exactly one month ago for my CBR, paying for it all in full. When i get home, I see that one of the parts was not listed under the special order" category and was shown as received. So i go back immediately and ask them about it. They said despite what the receipt says

First time buying or owning a quad or any kind of ATV, I had an idea of what I wanted but had tons of new owner questions.Form the time we walked in Les greeted us and answered all my questions and provided information I didn't really think of.Les wasn't pushy like some other places we checked out. No pressure what so ever. When we made the decision to buy a quad, Les passed us over to Cory in Finance who made the process simple.I was really impressed with the communication during the few days we waited for our ATV to be ready for pick up. Les called to let us know that there was create damage and that they have ordered the new part. Kept us up to date that 1 of the accessories had not arrived yet.After getting the call saying it was ready for pick up. Les went through the check list with us, showed us all the features and how everything worked.. Spent the time to make sure we were comfortable in the operation of the ATV before we loaded it up.Les also spent the time to properly fit us for helmets and took the time to find ones that were comfortable for my wife and I as well.I would highly recommend this place and to see Les at Adventure Honda
