Valley Veterinary Clinic

Not happy at all. The vet is arrogant and belittles you. He does a horrible job stitching up your animal. Not impressed! Feel I got ripped off for what was done. Will never go back there again! Love the front end staff, very friendly and they deserve more credit than the vet!

Kathy has been my favorite vet for over 15 years now. She always has some words of wisdom on caring for whatever pet I bring in. She is honest and straight forward with the facts. I feel very fortunate to have found such a great place. I would highly recommend Valley Veterinary Clinic in Three Hills

Excellent service. Knowledgeable vet. Nothing is too small or too big. Everyone here goes out of their way to put you at ease. 1st class.

Edited to update: Kathy is no longer there and the current vet convinced me I will never go back to any location of Valley Vet except for in the worst emergencies. It would not surprise me to learn he was hired to drive clients to Trochu or Drum. 15 minutes into the appointment, he hadn't even glanced at my dog and she couldn't wait to get out, pacing the whole time. Kathy never had a problem with any of my animals! (Nicole was great, as always!)‐------Kathy, Hanna, Mel... everyone there is great. They care deeply about your pet, but also your relationship with our pet. One of my cats recently needed what was thought to be minor surgery but they found something more serious. They handled the situation brilliantly.

Always amazing! Dr.parker is the only vet I'll ever go to, even coming from Calgary and Hanna is also very helpful, caring and supportive. I couldn't imagine going through some of the situations with my furbabies anywhere else with anyone else, they make horrible situations much easier to cope with and I always recommend them to everyone I talk to with animals!

The staff and vet clearly love animals. They are competent and provide excellent service. The vet is a real character who has years of experience and knowledge and gives all kinds of information and advice freely.

The staff at Three Hills Valley Veterinary Clinic are absolutely amazing. The care my dog receives is wonderful and they all having such compassion for her. They usually go above and beyond with their care that is needed. The cost is so much more reasonable well worth the drive from Calgary for the quality care my pet receives!

We have always taken our animals there while Dr.Parker was there and alway was happy with her work and advice. Took our puppy there to get her shoots, had a great visit with staff. Me and wife took puppy in to see the vet he was not bad at first untill the wife started to ask questions about the medication(so we know what he was giving her) then he got all offered by the questions and started to treat her disrespectful and he keep repeating that he is the vet and that he knows what he is giving her and not to question him on it because he is the vet and the wife got up and was leaving the room and he tells her good go because I’m the vet. We will never take our business back to them again while he is there. He has no respect for the staff and women from what I have seen.

Wife took our dog there. Had a minor issue, nothing serious but the vet treated my wife like garbage. No respect for anyone, I don't recommend taking your pet here. Will not be going back ever again
