All I can say is wow.... could not ask for better service from a car dealer... ( very impressed ) I bought a 2011 mercedes benz ML350 Bluetec and after one week had some electrical issues and they took care of me!!! even though I bought the car As Is.... ( unbelieveable and hard to find service like that... ) I would highly recommend them to everybody... you just dont find people with that kind of integrity anymore.... thank you thank you and thank you... I bought a 2011 Smart Car Passion from them about a month ago. It had the best price that I had seen in my 1.5 year search and still does when I look around on Auto Trader, Letgo, Kijiji, and Facebook. It had low mileage (~49 000km), a moon roof, electonic display with gps, heated seats, came with car proof (no accidents), and was safety certified. They also replaced the brakes and wheel trims as part of the deal and I was able to negotiate the price down too! I could go on for hours about all the features that my car has but those are the highlights.If the car wasn't already a steal with everything that I've wanted for my first car and a fabulous price, their customer service was great! Natalia was very informative and polite, she made me feel at ease making this purchase. She also was up and answering all my questions at 1am when I first found the car online (very convenient). I had a problem with the car two weeks after purchasing it and I called the dealer. Within an hour, a worker came to personally pick up the car and get it repaired at no cost to me (I don't have warranty), and I got it back a few hours later.All in all, I am very pleased with the car, the price, and the service. I would 100% recommend them.

Natalia was an absolutely terrible business woman. Completely disappointed in everything me and my family went through dealing with this so called “business”Natalia was not personable at all as she couldn’t take her eyes off her cell phone. Best place to get your vehicle serviced. If you are looking for a honest mechanic that will get things done right. Specially if you have a German vehicle.

I couldn't recommend Max and Natalie's services any higher. I've purchased two cars from the over the past 3 years and couldn't imagine going elsewhere for a vehicle. They're both highly professional and passionate, if you're in the market for a luxury car, look no further!

I am giving review after driving a 2006 Lexus ES I brought last year June (2015) from this shop. In this 9.8 months no trouble and took this car to Prince Edward island from Toronto in a road trip.From my experience I recommend this shop.
