-------------------------------------July 5th, 2022 Initial Review-------------------------------------Day one of our main bathroom remodel and just wanted to share our experience so far.For starters, Lumi, the big boss, could not be a more wonderful human being to work with. She is so kind, so professional, so grounded and sincere. We had received quotes from five or six other vendors before meeting her and as soon as she came in we knew she was the one we wanted to put our trust with. Her communication skills are top notch, she understands our vision, and has offered many ideas and insights to compliment it and bring it forward. Lumi comes across as not only competent, but also very caring. We know and feel we're in very good hands.The crew today has been fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking guys. Mohammed seems to really know his stuff and is a pleasure to be around. Lumi even came by in the morning to ensure everything was running smoothly and that we were on the same page with all the decisions to be made.So far I easily rate them an A+! I get more and more excited by the day! Just wanted to say that our experience continues to be fantastic. We had a decent hiccup the other day but it was resolved with great care on Lumi and her teams part. They could not have handled it better. They took responsibility, sincerely apologized, took immediate action, found generous solutions and more than anything gave the impression that they sincerely care. I'm a firm believer that it is how we react to and we fix our mistakes that define the integrity and quality of a person or business.We appear to be on schedule and our vision is coming together beautifully!-------------------------------------September 7th, 2022 Final Review-------------------------------------It's rare that contractors and tradespeople end up feeling like family. This is one of those rare circumstances.Lumi and her foreman Mohammed are truly good people. It may sound strange to say this, but they have a special place in my heart and our love for our new bathroom has been made all the more so for them having been part of it.We love our bathroom. It is gorgeous. I would highly recommend Renovco and thank Lumi, Mohammed and her team for their very good and hard work. I also thank them for caring. I can honestly say without a doubt that they did their very best every step of the way, and now we have a beautiful bathroom to show for it.Thank you.

I hired this company to upgrade my powder room into a functional wheelchair accessible bathroom. I was so happy with the outcome that I hired them to remodel my kitchen..the kitchen was so much more than I expected. I highly recommend this company for any project.

Contracted Renovco through Lowes to install soffits and eavestroughs.They did a great job and were available on short notice. There was a miscommunication regarding a roof inspection and the associated cost and they handled it professionally and quickly. Very happy with their service.
