Modern Limousine Service

I am very pleased that I contacted Modern Limousine. Actually I was in dilemma if I have chose the right limo company for my friend's wedding party. But to my surprise they showed quite impressive work, the chauffeur were quite friendly and the limo are quite comfortable and luxurious. And we are happy since they offer such fantastic job at such reasonable price!!

It was a pleasure to get limousine service from Modern Limousine when I was for family visit in Vancouver. The chauffeurs were very friendly with us. Besides they were also very affordable and the price wasn't too much costly.

It was hard to find a limo that would offer only 1 hour service for my wedding, most insisted on 4 hour minimum, but Modern Limo came through. They arrived on time, the limo was clean, and the driver was very nice. I'd recommend.

I called the company and the man assisted me, but he was rather rude to me after I simply asked a question about the price of a one hour limo and a two hour limo. He talked to me as if he did not want business and made myself feel rather bad for simply asking him a question. I would not recommend this company just because of the way they treat their potential customers- that is not how a business should be run.

Do not use these guys, and if you do make sure to get a receipt immediately. They charged my friend $700 for a trip from Gastown to Granville St then refused to refund without justification.

Terrible service. Charged us $140 to get my friends and I to point A- point B, which was only a 20 minute ride. Ridiculous driver insisting for us to get out after we paid him. Don't do business with this company, they're complete assh*les.

They FORGOT to come to the pick up from the ferry terminal to downtown. WHAAT?!?!Words like unreliable and incompetent seem generous.Take anyone else but don't trust these guys for any trip.

Initially I thought Modern limousine service was quite accommodating. They were willing to give me a deal as long as it was just a straight pick-up and drop-off. After negotiating with another company and getting the same rate for a full hour of service, I cancelled with Modern with more than 48 hours notice (the standard for most companies is 24). Their communication was vague, they would respond to my emails only answering one of many questions. and I decided to go with a more reliable company which I am more than entitled to to if I find a better price. I gave enough notice for the cancellation.When I called to confirm my cancellation I was yelled at told that I wasted 4 months of the company's time (we had only been in touch for a couple of weeks with a few emails) and the time they spent emailing me. The company continued to yell at me although I tried to explain that it had only been a couple of weeks since I contacted them, I tired to apologize but was continuously cut off and not allowed to speak.I don't care how many phonecalls, emails etc. that were exchanged, if I cancel with enough notice I definitely don't deserve to be yelled at. If you contact this company about a booking, be prepared to be treated poorly if you decide to cancel with plenty of notice.*** I am not sure how to respond to you response on my review but it is pretty dishonest. Feel free to go ahead and post the recording of our conversation if what you said is actually the truth, I have no problem with it.

Thanks to you, we were able to surprise my mom for her retirement day. From start to finish, pickup to drop-off, and then another last minute return trip afterwards! Everything was smooth and the driver (Roman) was an absolute pleasure. Will absolutely book with Modern Limo again!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never been spoken to so rudely from a company before. First of all, I asked if they could change the drop off 4 minutes away, they claimed they needed 40 dollars which i feel they were trying to rip me off. Then something unexpected came up where I had to cancel and they yelled at me when I was apologetic and said very inappropriate remarks to myself. As I was still speaking they ended off with a Never call us again" and hung up. They are very unprofessional in a way where they dealt with this situation. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."
