The front desk staff helped us pick out the perfect tires for our vehicle & made sure we had the best ones for our budget. We really appreciated the extra time they spent helping us and fitting us in the very next day, even after we accidentally missed our appointment time! Plus, the tires they ordered for us were in the very next day! Thanks guys! We highly recommend their services to everyone.

I have full confidence in this auto repair facility. The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I trust Brent and his staff will always tell you what you need and not try to sell you unnecessary repairs. I went for a safety test spend 517 dollars on a front brake job and they wanted to fail my car, 2013 limited elantra for a rock chip measuring 12 mm. the Ontario code allows any chip 13mm and below. Clearly not looking out for the customers.After speaking with the manager and bringing the code on glass; they passed it. I would not go, dont waste money on people who dont follow the Ontario code,for profit

Wish all businesses were as professional and safety cautious. Went in for a flat, that was not safe to repair do to its locaion on side wall. Yet at no expence put my tire back on, and checked all other tires, then torcked my tire to specs before letting me go. What a truly dedicated business. I went n got a used tire elsewhere n was not torcked to specs n not asked to return in time to have it retorcked. Wont return to that business. But as for Napa on Mumby in Dunnville, I will be a repeat customer n share with my fruends.Thank you for treating me with respect n taking all safety concerns even though I never spent a cent at your business. I wish that every business was as decent and responsible as yours. Thank you.

This is an excellent place to go I have moved here from out-of-town.... and then ripped off by Canadian Tire and a few other small automotive shops inside this town which I'm not going to name but there's only three I have a high-end BMW 5 Series that they will work on at regular rates compared to most European shops which the hourly rate is much more I am pleased to say the one time something had happened they took the car back without questioning and repaired the oil pump that had failed the new replacement one did not work correctly which also had failed they immediately brought the car back on a Sunday came in after hours and worked on the vehicle so my wife would have a vehicle to go to work with on Monday they did not have to do this they go above and beyond they drive my wife back home when she doesn't have a way to get back when she drops the vehicle off they are always top-notch on safety and doing inspections I would highly recommend going the to them they're the only place that I will use in Dunnville..... and PS to the guy who wanted to get his safety done with his busted windshield get your windshield fixed stop being so cheap...smh. don't blame your misfortunes on small companies to try to make them break the rules for you....cheep cheep lol...
