Customer Service the very best here. I love my Jenny Bird earrings but the catch broke. They sent out a replacement right away. No complaints just best wishes for much success in the future.

Well I had hoped when I placed my order that I would have beautiful pieces that would not only last a long time but would not tarnish and be water resistant. For the life of me I cannot understand why I didn’t do my diligence to read the reviews. I spent over $500 on 3 pairs of earrings, a chain and a necklace and I wish I could go back in time and undo it. I don’t usually leave reviews whether positive or negative but I just had to say my piece. There are plenty of other brands selling jewellery that can be worn while showering, swimming and they never tarnish, fade or get scratched. And they are much more cheaper as well. Yet I took great care to avoid all of that and the jewellery looks horrendous. Customer service is great but it is pointless when the product being sold is just not up to code quality wise. Wish I can get a complete and total refund and put this regret way behind me. Don’t make the same mistakes I made. Do the proper research.

I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend JENNY BIRD. The quality of the silver monogram necklace turned out sadly bad. The silvering rubbed off within months. I’m so disappointed that I paid $100 for the cheapest quality.

Not good value for the money you're paying. Got my girlfriend an anklet from this store. The anklet looks nice from the outside, but the lock on it is not designed well as it occasionally unlocks as she's walking.Delivery was very very very very slow (waited 1.5+ months for the item to be delivered). I called multiple times to follow up, and on the last call I expressed great frustration, they sent the item on the same day of my last call even though they had previously said it will take another 2 weeks... Questions the company's integrity?Wouldn't recommend unless you're really desperate to get one of their designs.

I have the silver initial necklace which I received as a Mother’s Day gift . I’ve only worn it a few times and the chain is all tarnished. Very poor quality for the price. I have had better luck shopping in the Winners jewelry section. I would like to edit this post. I have reached out to customer service and they have been outstanding. 5 stars to them.

I placed an order at 7PM and paid extra for next day delivery. I found out after that the order needs to be placed by 2PM in order to be eligible for next day shipping. I called customer care and told them that it was for my partners birthday. I believe her name was Stephanie and they did their best to make sure it would be on time and make an exception, and they did! My partner is super stoked about the 2 things I purchased and I want to say thanks for a great customer experience.

Got a pair of the Teeni Toni earrings which I LOVED but they broke 7 months later. Because the warranty only covers 6 months they offered a 50% discount to repurchase. Really disappointed that they don’t stand by the quality of their products ONE MONTH outside the warranty.

I have a 2 pieces from Jenny Bird that my bf got me and both have tarnished. We had one replaced but the replacement tarnished as well, even though I do not get them wet and only wear them for a few hours at a time. The second item he got me only 3 weeks ago (!!!!) and it’s beginning to tarnish already, and I’m not wearing it as a result. Verydisappointed in the quality.

I purchased the Stevie necklace and bracelet in gold which I loved; however, the rings on the pieces have tarnished. When I contacted Customer Care, I was told that I was out of my warranty period and was given a discount for another purchase. At this point, I don't feel confident in their products and will not be making another purchase.
