I lost my SIM card so I go in the store you try to activate d told me The system is not working go to the other store I go to another store they told me you have the same problem but they call in and you fix the problem The fish store don't don't try to call then don't to try to do nothing just tell me go to another store

Erreur de la part de Rogers du Faubourg Boisbriand, l'erreur est humaine, c'est le service pitoyable après qui démontre leur incompétence dans le service a la clientèle. J'ai payé pour une garantie sur un cell pour avoir un remplacement au cas de bris. Ils l'ont appliqué sur un cell de 5 ans qui n'est même pas utilisé, lorsqu'ils ont réalisé cette erreur... ils me disent....on ne peut rien faire pour l instant car nous devons escalader ca plus haut. Donc me voici 2 jours plus tard.... sans cell(mon outil de travail) attente depuis près d'une heure car après avoir passé 90minutes avec le service a la clientèle Jeudi...l'agent m'a transféré mais en transférant...il a raccroché. Qu'elle service de M.... J'ai 4 lignes avec eux... je vais transférer a un autre compagnie aussitôt que quelqu'un me répond....Terrible customer support, Folks at the Boisbriand outlet made a grave mistake a couple of months ago by applying the warranty I paid for on my new phone to the old phone that isn t even on my number but on an 5 year old cell that is in a drawer at home. So on thursday when we finally figured out why my new phone wasn't covered on warrantie , their response (Rogers Boisbriand) ''we cannot do anything untill its excaladed up. Sorry....no replacement phone for you sir''. This is the second time time they store blows me off. Once they sell you their gadgets, plans and phones.....their service goes down the drain. Here I am with no phone wich like for many others is our most important work related tool, until someone can help me. I am on hold again....(an hour ) for the second time, thursday after waisting 90 minutes explaining this on the phone to Rogers customer support, the agent hung-up on me while transfering me.... I tried again immediately after but after another hour of waiting for an agent....I had to hang-up. Yesterday was on the road all day missed all my work related calls and emails.

Uneducated staff the girl that sold me my Samsung S9plus skipped through all the setup options so I had no idea what to do when I got the phone... go to best buy they are very helpful and have the same plans and they give gift cards when you get the phone there.

Best customer service. I went to other Rogers store before never was I better helped than there. I was served by Ernst who was really nice and patient and Samuel the manager of the store who was equally nice and extremely competent. Definitely my Rogers store from now on.
