GREAT COMPANY! DID NOT CHARGE FOR REPLACEMENTWaterite is an excellent example of how to take care of your customers. They truly care about the customer's needs and will help them. Even when the installer for my water softener refused to help me, Waterite stepped in to replace my water softener. They did it quickly and without any hassle. Eva the manager from Barrie location was really helpful and very professional. As a manufacturer, they really take care of their customers.

I just bought a home and I did not get information about a filter system attached to my water supply. I found an identifier with Waterite label, I called and spoke to Allison who worked diligently to find me information on my system including sending me a manual.Way beyond the call of duty. Thank you Thankyou!!!

Neither i buy any or my friends will buy any water rite products any more. do not recommend to buy any product. Had to replace 3 time same big blue housing , installed by 3 different date with in 2 months periods.Leaks products, very poor customer services. Finally hold of representative , what a rude behavior. They don't have to replace a products he said oh it is customer fault , that's being said all our local plumber been doing works several decades don't know how to install 3/4inch water lines. Not o e plumber 3 different plumber. Product is good.!!!!If you don't stand on your products do not sell. Do not rip off thousands poor people.Who is going to cover the cost of my house flooded basement?Where I buy the products or dealers ?
