Wonderful experience. The owner is 10th generation. She explained the entire process and offered samples to taste. Very interesting to see the equipment and to learn the history. Delicious maple syrup! Great gift. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing place!! The owners are so passionate and genuinely try to share Quebec’s history with others. The maple syrup is INCREDIBLE!! Would highly recommend purchasing some maple butter as well. The most unique place of our whole trip. Would love to return:)

Absolutely wonderful. Went today with some friends, and the owner was so nice to give us a tour and explain the process. Their prices are more than reasonable, and the taste is great!! Highly recommended. I've been to sugar shacks in Vermont and New Hampshire but this beats them hands down.

I parked the car at the area and a lady came out to greet me. Thanks Nicole for the explanation of how to make maple syrup.It was good to get the syrup included the tax.It didn't has gift shop or something. Very family style which is very good. Bcoz she loved her farm and what she does.Thanks Nicole.

Finding this place was quite a nice surprise. The owners, Nicole and Richard, give guided tours where they explain from the collecting process of maple water to the cooking of it, the history, to how best to store it. Nicole's explanation was very interesting too, down to the physics involved. Such passion and pride in their work. It's so surprising to me that the tour is free!And of course, being a fully organic process, the maple products are excellentReally a must do experience in the isle

Highly recommend!The lady who owns the Erabliere (sorry lady I forgot your name =) is extremely nice and sympathetic. She will provide a very detailed tour on how maple/érable is extracted, produced etc. Also some degustation, all that for free!I have been to many Erablieres and Cabane à sucres, but this one is by far the best!

We visited yesterday with another family and was so impressed with the owner and her warm welcome. She is of 10 generations that are producers of maple syrup and gave us a great lesson on the process including tastings of the syrup/maple butter which was light and not overly sweet. You can see the passion they have and run very simply. We all bought several products to bring home. Note they do not take cards but do take US $. Very glad we stopped by!
