Authentic Pilates of New England LLC
Maureen teaches classical Pilates with accurate verbal cues and a hands on approach. Since December 2021 I have felt positive results from her classes. Feeling taller, stronger and finding my core muscles encourages me to continue with her classes. The classes are cheerful and engaging. Give it a try!

Authentic Pilates of New England LLC
I love Pilates on reformers and this DOES NOT disappoint. Maureen is wonderful ! I am presently taking private reformer classes with her. But we always use some of the other exercise equipment in class too. I am hoping to get into a trio class soon! The stretching is really great too. I have taken some Matt classes and intend to sign u for more of those too! I didn’t think I would like Pilates Mat classes but they are challenging and fun as well.

Authentic PIlates offers a beautiful new pilates studio fully equipped. Maureen is a highly trained instructor with many years of pilates teaching experience. I have taken classes with her for 10+ years. She is very aware of each of her clients needs and abilities. She knows how to challenge her clients in the best possible way. I highly recommend Authentic Pilates!
