Had been a customer for over 4 years now. Store is adequate for the needs however it has limited stock and variety as compared to its heartland counterpart. Amused by the patience of 2 ladies in handling different customers. Always polite and friendly. This place has positive vibes!

very poor customer dealing, i would say worst ever you can get . The guy , Dan was horrible . i went to show them defected shoes after wearing one day . the guy was saying me that it is only wear and tear . come on , i heve been using safety shoes since five years . firstly he encouraged me to buy reebok shoes and now said me that these shoes are garbage you must know . when i tried ( one more customer was agree with me that sole is defected ) to show the defected sole , the refused to listen and got hyper and threatened me that he gonna call police . i had never seen such horrible dealing in canada in my whole life… i would like to see manager stephnie and hope she is gonna call me at store so that i can show here completely manufactured defected sole of shoes …..waiting for it …..picture attached as well

Bought 2 pairs of pants and I took the tags off of them. But I have the tags. Never wore the pants. But the people at this location will not give refund. Never buy here again. Poor customer service.

I visited this store . All staff was very nice.But DAN served me . Oh my god he is best person I have met while shopping. He is inexplicable…!!!
