These guys are totally awesome! I usually never get a chance to buy their pretzels because I work out of town and get back after 6, but today I could because I got back home early. I happened to share this with them and they gave me a free pretzel for coming from out of town! The pretzels themselves were also incredibly delicious! Freshly baked too!

Delicious pretzels, but worst customer service. Staff are so rude. One time I was there around 11:20 and they weren't open yet. Next time when I was there, I asked about the business hours, they said 11-6. They denied that they were late and treated me as if I was misreading times.

Worst service ever, employees are very rude no customer service. I also saw them not practising food safe. Who ever owns this place needs to seriously teach their employees the standards to run a store. Will NEVER return. Always late to open, hours are very inaccurate. If I could leave a 0 star I would.

I had the most lovely experience with the lady working here. She was friendly and patient, had /great/ recommendations, and made delicious pretzels. (The Italian spiced herbs and Parmesan pretzel, and the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites with caramel, so good!) Will definitely be going back!

The food was okay, but it took them 20 minutes to make my order, then they gave it to the wrong person, and then it took them another 20 minutes to make it again. Not to mention the staff were absolutely miserable. Would not recommend going here.

Ok service, good salted pretzels but the sweeter ones are way way too sweet (and that's coming from a guy that loves all things sweet) won't recommend going if you want something that's not their salted pretzels.

ordered on door dash and my entire order was incorrect. spent 21.00 on something since i couldn’t leave to get it and got nothing right but the sauce. tried to call the store to see if they would correct this but no one answered the phone

Love this place!! I live in Sooke and anytime im in Vic I HAVE to stop and get some delicious pretzel bites!! Shahmaz is super friendly and fast!! I highly recommend if you've never been!!!
