Nick and Ashley’s team did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. Everything from the initial meeting to the very last day, Nick and Ashley were always available to answer my questions. They arrived on time and finished early all while keeping the job site clean!

These guys are amazing! From start to finish, Nick, Ashley and their crew were so easy to work with. So professional, personable and reliable. We got several quotes for our backyard patio, but Slate had the most comprehensive quote, the best quality and still reasonable price for the work they did. the price was a little higher than some others, but the fact that they installed an 18”+ base under the patio stones also means we have 100% confidence that it is solid and not going anywhere - proven after 2 winters, there is zero shift on anything. They kept us updated on all the work, they were onsite all the time and then even gave us great advice for a horrible previous job on a wood deck/stairs (they didn’t do the original work there), and they helped us fix it. Can’t say enough about how great they were. We highly recommend them. Honestly. You won’t go wrong.

Nick was excellent to deal with from start to finish. The quote provided was not the cheapest however, Nick and Ashley walked us through the process giving their solid advice and recommendations for the vision we wanted. Just an all around fantastic job! Nick and Ashley were great to deal with from design through to clean up. This team clearly cares about doing a great job and wants the client to be as happy as possible. The patio turned out exactly as we pictured it and we could not be more happy with the quality of work. My wife and I were impressed with how clean the team kept the worksite and with the amazing repair job on the grass that was damaged due to the transport of material. The project was completed (with some last minute tweaks I asked for) on time and on budget. They even helped unpack our new patio furniture! If you are looking to get some interlock work done, I highly recommend this company.

We hired Nick's company to do our backyard and we are glad that we went with them.
