Acclaimed! recently installed my new furnace. I highly recommend them. Luc Bouffard went above and beyond to help me. The existing external vents needed to be replaced to meet code, but access was difficult due to the height of the building. After determining a lift would not reach and scaffolding would be too expensive, Luc solved the problem by blocking the old vents and installing new ones within reach of the balcony. His solution was effective, met code, and saved me thousands of dollars. Despite the extra time and effort they honoured the original estimate. The installers were friendly, professional and efficient. They arrived on time, explained everything in detail, and left my place cleaner than they found it. Thank you Acclaimed!

Acclaimed came and cleaned my vents and did a check up on my furnace and air conditioner, and they were great. Sent photos before and after, and it was a great experience!

This company only wants your money. We hired them many years ago to install an air conditioner but they damaged our house. Our house was never fully repaired.After a few emails and phone exchanges we gave them another chance and hired them back to clean our furnace and they promised to bring a tech to repair my house. And that never happened! Many many years later they called to sell air conditioning cleaning package. My wife decided to give them another chance and reminded them they damaged they done many years ago.Well the guy showed up on time. But he kept pushing us to change the humidifier. When ask where was the tech that was supposed to come to fix the previous issue. He said no one told him anything!He then left without even putting on the sticker on the furnace!This time, they called again to sell us a maintenance package. When ask about the previous damage and the poor service. The sales person said they will fix that and will call us back!Well 3 mons passed and I haven’t heard a single word from these guys!Avoid at all cost!

We first encountered Acclaim Heating and Cooling two years ago. We called another company who came out to clean the furnace and they told us that we would have to spend around a thousand dollars to repair some parts on the furnace. We decided to get a second opinion and called Acclaim, we explained the situation and they sent out a repairman who went in cleaned the furnace and replaced one part that saved us about six hundred dollars from the original estimate. Since then we have used Acclaim to do our cleaning of air conditioner and furnace, and we have always had good, friendly service, who takes the time to explain as they work. Since using Acclaim we have not had any surprises during the cleaning. We will not use any other company other than Acclaim, they are honest and reliable.

We awoke on Saturday morning to very cold shower water. Our pilot light on our water tank had gone out. Concerned that there was an issue, we called Acclaimed because we had used them for our furnace and A/C. They promptly returned the call and Keven was great!! He walked us through how to relight the pilot light over the phone (novices here!) and gave us a lot of helpful information. This was a livesaver and we were so very grateful! Thanks Keven!!

I recently had heating, cooling and furnace cleaning done. There were a couple of parts that required replacing. The technician showed me the parts and why he recommended they be replaced so I would have a good understanding in making my decision to replace or not. One of the parts I decided to replace had to be ordered so a second appointment was made. The technician was professional and on time which was appreciated

Acclaimed installed our central A/C last summer, and did a great job. They were my first call when our water heater went. They were able to replace it same day, with a quality install at a fair price. Tanner was a excellent installer for both jobs. Appreciate the good work.

We asked Acclaimed! to come and check our furnace blower, which was making more noise than usual. The first technician checked everything, and said it was all good, but gave us a price for replacement that would be valid for awhile (forget how long). Later, we took them up on the deal, and we arranged for a time for the job. The company showed up on time, replaced the motor, checked everything out, and the charge was exactly as was promised previously.We appreciate not being pressured to replace the motor in the first place, Acclaimed! honouring the quoted price after the first visit, and the prompt, professional service.The furnace is working beautifully. We will be using this company in the future, and we highly recommend them.

Over the past six months I've had Acclaimed to my rental apartment four times to service to the air conditioning unit and furnace, including duct cleaning. Every interaction has been great, from the reception staff who answer the phone to all four technicians that went to the apartment. Everyone I've spoken to is professional, articulate, friendly and honest. I will recommend Acclaimed to anyone I know who needs furnace or AC servicing.

From the moment Camren and Max showed up they were very professional. They took extremely good care of our newly renovated home. Putting mats down,corner protectors etc. They explained what they were doing and answered questions with no hesitation. They took extra time ensuring every duct was very clean before moving on to the next one. They ensured everything was clean before leaving. They might not be the cheapest company for pricing but the work they did is worth the extra cost. I highly recommend this company for furnace cleaning.
