Scratched up my two wheels when installing winter tires.Update: Robbie contact me to solve this issue. He managed the problem (as great as it could be). I really appreciate his help in resolving the issue!

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!I have a new 2021 with warranty. These A Class scammers damaged the regulator cable during a window replacement and because the window would still roll up they left it as is.Damaged.Putting the side panel back on, happily collecting payment and returned the keys. Shortly after the window starts to fall down, then won't even stay up. I call MTS Auto back to check things out - cable snapped, go to the dealer. I take half a day off work to go to the dealership, only to find out there is a pinch at the top where the mechanic can identify has been manipulated and damaged. After finally getting back in touch with MTS Auto, the man didn't have a clear story or ability to conversate clearly - would agree three times over, then disagree - couldn't seem to follow a conversation. In the end he blamed it on the cold weather. I asked for 3 pictures - one of the inside door pre-replacement, a second of post glass replacement, and the third of when they came back to diagnose my faulty window.Not only does MTS Auto Glass damage your property when falsely portraying a convenient and kind business, but they'll also scream at you on speaker and then ask sooo if there's anything else I could help you with?"Fix what you damaged. Be accountable.I'm fuming."

I decided to call MTS based upon the many excellent reviews and ratings from past customers. The two installers actually called and arrived 2 hours early. Their work is fast, efficient and careful. Clearly they are experienced and reportedly do up to 200 windshield replacements per month. Amazing! My BMW required extra time to remove a series of plastic trim pieces fitted inside the engine bay in order to get at the windshield. They knew exactly what needed to be done and worked in a systematic way with each installer knowing what was needed next. The installation and refitting of all parts also went very smoothly. Considering the price paid, this was not only excellent service, but excellent value, as well.

The pic up here is my dodge and Jeep which I had both windshields replace. The guys that came out were awesome and did a great job. Very fair price for two windshields. Cheaper than taking it to a shop.

Took a unit here for some body paint touchup, Roby and his team did a phenomenal job buffing and fixing the paint issues I had! In and out in less than 24 hours. Small mom and pops operation, so thats an extra plus too! Will definitely use again!

They were great. Got my car in quickly and around my schedule. Windshield and drivers window are clear, no complaints :)
