Where do I start? Only oats are simply amazing. When I started my weight loss journey, I was at a loss of words when planning what I would eat. Having to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight, I needed to find a staple I would eat for breakfast especially when in hurry due to school or work. Thankfully, I found Only Oats! Since then, I haven’t used any other oat company. Their rolled oats, quick oats and steel cut oats are all amazing. They are delicious and their texture is amazing. I’ve also recently discovered their oat flour which works wonders. Instead of having to make my own oat flour with their oats, it’s made for me. Super practical for baking. All in all, I have never had a complaint with this brand. They ship so quickly and are available in many different stores. Their staff is super friendly and so understanding. They are hardworking and truly work in their clients best interest. Living in Canada, nothing makes me happier than supporting Canadian local businesses so this is a double win for me. I have been able to lose over 60 pounds and I wouldn’t have been able to do so without my Only Oats for breakfast and healthy snacks! Only Oats, all the way, any day!

I really enjoy Only Oats products. Being celiac, there are few options that guarantee 100% gluten free products, but I have complete trust and faith in Only Oats

Hello!I just wanted to let you guys know how much I LOVE your product. Being a celiac is really hard to trust products even if they are originally Gf they end up being mixed and cross contaminated but yours has done nothing but deliver the highest quality and better taste!.I always start my day with oatmeal pancakes before going to the gym and have tried every brand in the market that is marked as GF but omg since I found yours I have been obsessed ! Thank you for creating such an amazing and healthy product that me and my family can trust :). Companies and people like you make this disease so much better and you don’t know the impact your company has in my life. You guys need to be put in the eye level shelf of each store I swear. Only Oats are the only oats my family and I eat! I’ve done my research, this company is one of the very few that follows strict guidelines to ensure their product is pure. They work with producers/farmers from seeding and harvest until product cleaning so you know these oats are truly gluten free. We eat them every morning and there’s no other product out there that even compares!
