My partner and I went in and spoke with Leiam. He was very knowledgeable while walking us through their comfort levels and price points in different mattresses. He gave us great information and privacy (cause it can be a little awkward pretending to go to sleep) while we made our choices. We told him we wanted to check a few other spots which he strongly encouraged but ultimately he was able to show us the best options for our needs and budget so we came back three hours after our initial try. He was able to get us a mattress with a few extra perks and we took it home the same day!

me and my cousin were in the store waiting for my parents when a worker made us feel like we were doing something wrong just because we were young and told us we had 2 minutes to leave we ended up leaving and went with my parents to another one where we felt a lot safer and child friendly I wouldn’t recommend bringing your kids here

WARNING ⚠️ SKETCHY PEOPLE WORK THERE. I bought a mattress there for 1000 and the guy told me that he would give me box springs. They were installed. When I laid down they made this God awful squeaky noise. I found out he gave me box spring that the welfare office would throw out. It's freaking cardboard. My friend said that he probably stole the good ones and gave me his welfare one. . I wish I can include the audio so you would know that when I move the whole neighbourhood can hear it. It's like I'm sleeping on old house floors. DON'T GO THERE. WHY BUY A MATTRESS ANYWHERE ELSE. THAT'S WHY

I'm really disappointed with sleep country. I bought a bed 8 months ago they just give me dates and dates. They told me 1 month wait for a bed and I went to wait 8 months.I’m a Father of family ,I get up every morning at 5 a.m. return from work at 8 p.m. I have to take care of my children. I would like to sleep on a comfortable bed like sleep country promised me. It's been 8 months I'm waiting , they tells me a date I call them back 2 days before the delivery date, they tell me it's going to take another month, if I hadn't called I would never have known that my bed was going to have another month to wait. I'm discouraged, I should never have trusted sleep country one of the worst experiences of my life. I feel that they just took my money from the seller ,his commission and me who worked hard to pay for a nice bed, I still sleep badly. Life is unfair. I sleep badly I have anxiety and I can't even have a good bed. I have to wait and I wait. I know that God will not leave me in this situation.

Staff were busy with other customers or on the phone. I left after 15 mins. Mattress mart on colonnade took care of me.

We had an amazing experience at this Merivale location! Leiam was a very knowledgeable guide! He explained all the facts and gave us great information. Not only this but he was very patient with all our questions and gave us a great break down of all their replacement guarantees. We even saved over 15% and got a rebate. We highly recommend this location in particular.

This 5 star is for Robert!…he really took good care of my parents. My parents are older and they keep mentioning how great Robert’s customer service was. So thanks Robert!

I called customer service to get help I spoke with annick she is the worst customer service I spoke with in my life, she keeps repeating her script she keep put my on hold with out my permission and make fun me and when i asked her to speak with someone else she said no one her to spell with I asked her to give me HR phone number or complain phone number she said i dont have it , and she keeps saying I don’t mind its like ( i don’t care) . Very stressful time.

Been to this store to look for another mattress after a really bad experience with a big box store.I was greeted by Francis and he was really helpful. He listened to my deals and was able to take the time to recommend different mattresses based on my needs and not on emptying my wallet.He was also able to find me the best deal for a mattress that looks way more comfortable. Now we just wait for the delivery, but the in store experience was amazing!
