DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE!I went here for taking passport photos and he did not pay attention to any details. He took a photo in a rush that I could not even take a good look at it and when I asked him to do another shot he was so uncomfortable. If I saw the picture clearly, I wouldn't accept to print it. And once he printed the photo it was nothing like what I wanted. The size of the photo and colour of my skin were really different and quality of the picture was so poor. When I asked him to fix it he behaved so unprofessionally and ignorant and did not do anything. I will never ever go back here again. Such a terrible service!There's a convenience store a few steps down there that does the job way more professionally than here.

Great service! Highly recommend. Took a great passport photo of my infant. They took the photo with the baby lying down, only took a few minutes!

Dylan and the West Camera staff are incredible and really went above and beyond. Not only did the photos develop beautifully and extremely fast, but the customer service is why I will be a return customer.

This is an extremely long overdue review but it’s safe to say West Camera goes above and beyond for their customers. Two years ago during the midst of the pandemic I had to get photos printed for a family member’s funeral, I contacted photo stores around the city to get pricing and turn around times and they were all quoting me much more and needed more time than I had to make the prints. When I spoke to D at West Camera explaining the situation he assured me he’d be able to help my family and I out and had the prints ready earlier than expected. This act of kindness has not gone forgotten over time, I always refer friends and family to this store because of this experience. Thank you guys and D for the great service!

I've been coming here for years since it's original location. Great staff, the owner is incredibly knowledgeable in the photo finishing field, and their prices are very reasonable. I have and will continue to recommend West Camera to anyone who's looking to develop, print, or get started on their photography journey.

The service here is great! It is so nice to have a shop that develops your film for you. They know what they are doing and will answer any questions you might have, they're super friendly and the neighborhood is just so lucky to have a place like this

West Camera is my go-to film shop in Toronto for sure. I get the best prices for developing and scanning here and they keep your negatives for 6 months. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly so you know you’re getting a good price for anything that you need.

We went to West Camera to get a passport photo done for our 2 month old. They reserved the space for us to go in before the store opens so it's less chaotic for our little one. They were extremely patient, professional, and did a wonderful job with the photo. Highly recommend!
