They are amazing!

We’ve had Jodi as our bookkeeper since 2008 when she was recommended to us. I had done our own books up until then, but when we incorporated, I couldn’t do it anymore. It was stressful and time consuming. Jodi took over and made my life so much easier. Not only that, the way WBS prepares the year end, makes my accountants life easier as well, which means less cost. I’d highly recommend WBS to everyone who wants super professional and knowledgeable bookkeeping. Fantastic group of professionals!

They lack professional services. IE: TD1's are required by law. All businesses are required to have new employees complete one. Any business doing payroll for other businesses should have if not the original, a copy of the TD1's, therefore deducting the correct amount of Federal tax as per the employee needs. They claim they obtain copies and I know they do NOT as per Janet stating to me, she is verbally told by the business, how much Fed tax to deduct IF ANY as the business may NOT want to remit $$ to the feds. Hmmm, now who, other than Janet, do I thank for my Rev Can bill, due to White Business Service ignorance? IMO, If they lack in their professional preparation of payroll, in what else are they taking shortcuts"?"
