I was calling around to numerous different spas that offer facials. I would ask what kind of facials they offer and the other spas would ask me questions about my skin type, give me a variety of options to best suit my skin with no hesitation to help. When I called here and asked what kind of facials they offered, the lady on the phone Wednesday Feb 15th at 4:30pm. Said “did you look at the website” I was so confused and startled because every other business was so open, and understanding to explain the facials plus asked about my goals for my skin. I let her know I did not look at the website and she said they are all on the website. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I had went through. (Thank you to all the other businesses that do not answer your phones in this way and it truly does matter how we treat others and speak to others)

Bought a service for my person and they didn’t provide all the services mentioned. Spoke to “Jen? A supervisor or manager” and then she lied about a couple of things. I know this for a fact because I called the business right after she HUNG UP on me and I spoke to someone else. The other person said the opposite of what that unprofessional, slightly emotional, angry and condescending person yelled at me. ( Jen?)I went to this place for years, ever since Spalogy was at the location across from Safeway and behind the Boston Pizza in Spruce Grove. Then we visited when they moved near Bing’s and the traffic circle. We even went to it during COVID trying to support local businesses and getting a treat out of it ourselves. Also, it wasn’t because of their outstanding service, but because it was okay.Never again.

got my first ever massage here,the girls were super friendly and made sure I was comfortable.I would highly recommend them.

This review is not based on any service I have had however it is based on the way I was treated when at the shop to pick up a gift card. To me the service that you receive and a businesses ability to treat people with kindness and respect is the most important. I purchased a discounted gift card as a gift and chose the option to pick up in person and when I went to pick it up she told me she couldn’t give me a physical copy since the service was already discounted so much. I asked if I could please pay an extra $5, $10, $15 whatever it May cost for them to give me a physical gift card as I wanted something nice to give to my mom for her birthday. I am very disappointed with the way this lady spoke to me and she refused to offer me the option to purchase a physical copy of the gift card. Later I called to speak to a manager only to find out that this lady was the manager. This was very discouraging as after purchasing online I would not recommend anyone to visit this location, based on the principle that you treat other people with kindness and respect. The tone in your voice and how you speak to people is important especially for management. I have had good pedicures at this location before so please take into consideration my review is only based on the level of customer service I received today.

Never come to this place again, I would highly recommend any other spa. Was treated very badly at reception, staff was lovely but the welcome was not friendly whatsoever. I would highly recommend any other spa as this place doesn’t value their costumers. HORRIBLE owned, this place should be shut down. I witnessed the staff touch food with their bare hands without any gloves. I will be calling the food safety department on them as this is very unhygienic. They are carless and I didn’t even drink their complimentary drink, it looked sloppy and unappetizing…

I had the most wonderful spa day here and left feeling very rejuvenated. Marishka gave a fantastic massage, and Bailey completed the rest of my services (body wrap, facial, mani/pedi). They were so welcoming and professional and made me feel super comfortable and spoiled. Highly recommend these two girls and I can't wait to come back again.

The service was good , but the price quoted,was far from the bill at the till! Not a good business practice!! The owner is very unprofessional, I will no longer be buying my wife a gift card here

Sorry. But my wife said she has a better pedi at Q-Nails. No hot towel on leg. No calf or foot massage. No paraffin wax. All for 64$ was a soak, light pedi paddle, shellac. Was supposed to be team building afternoon for the team…didn’t win any business from the 3 of them. Disappointed is all she said. The only reason we are giving a 2 star was because there was a fourth that was supposed to join that didn’t make it. After a big guilt trip about being charged full price the person said they would let it go “this time.” Well, there won’t be a next. Sorry.

Our first experience with the shop was terrible. The owner was extremely rude(she was working the front desk), the sitting area is freezing, the rooms are freezing. Our massages were absolutely amazing but wouldn't go back there again.

The services and atmosphere here were absolutely amazing. My sister and I had a duet facial and pedicures and she also had a massage and body wrap. Everything exceeded our expectations.EXCEPT. Dealing with the booking process and front desk was quite frustrating. First of all, about a month before our appointment we called to change the booking (I wouldn't be joining for the massage and body wrap) during the process of making this change my sister was put in hold for 20 minutes while she made the changes.On the day of our appointment, when checking in they still had us both scheduled for all services. There was a lot of confusion around this but they did end up going back through the calls to confirm the changes were made and so no cancellation fee would be charged.Then the most frustrating part was at the end of our day. After our amazing services we were so pleased with the experience but trying to pay the girl at the front desk was confused by something when trying to input the charges and we waited 25 minutes standing at the door just waiting to pay and go home. I expect that she was new and having a hard time but instead of going to ask for help, she got progressively more anxious and instead of asking for help just continue to struggle until the manager came to ask why we were still waiting there.I know that send like a long rant for 4/5 but the experience was overall amazing but I think the If I were to recommend this place to a friend it would come with a HUGE warning to be prepared to be very patient dealing with front desk interaction.
