This is the best Autovalue in town, in my opinion. Always freindly staff and not one time in the last 3 years have I recieved the wrong part. I literally drive all the way from Cochrane just because I know I'll be getting the correct parts. Whoever manages this store deserves a raise. Keep up the good work!

I went in to get a bulb to replace my brake light and was greeted immediately. Cars aren’t really my thing so I was a little lost but Jesse helped me through the entire process of finding the right bulb, reassured me that doing it myself would be a piece of cake, and even came outside to my car to answer a couple basic maintenance questions! Honestly I’ve been talked down to by so many men when it comes to car stuff so it was so refreshing to have someone like Jesse serve me - patient, knowledgeable and friendly! 10/10 will make this my go to place for parts and I know I’ll be back soon because my car is old and I’m determined to learn how to fix the basics myself!

My wife wanted to stop by Winners with our 1 year old and I stayed in the car with the engine off... When they came back from the store the car wouldn't start. I was asking folks for a boost but after a few attempts I noticed Auto Value was there so figure I'd see what they said. As I walked In a manager, Jesse, was there to greet me and told him about my situation and he was already walking to grab a booster machine they have. AMAZING. He also ran a test on the battery and confirmed it was near the end of life. We bought a replacement battery and I replaced it a week after. I gotta say this was first class service and I also learned this is an Alberta based company. I won't go anywhere else - and that level of service was so refreshing to experience. Thank you!

Very excellent service. The young gentlemen who helped me out deserves a raise. He really knew is stuff. After trying 6 different wiper blades, this fellar was able to match it on the first time. He even let me try it on before i purchased it to be sure. I will be back for all of my auto needs. New lifetime customer.

Had a poor battery from Interstate being used for our travel trailer. Tyler and Jesse went over and above to help honour the warranty for a faulty battery and even went as far as recommending a better battery for future use. Win-win for both of us. I’ll definitely be back to buy from them again for anything I need in the future. Thank you!

I came to this store for hubcaps. Lucas had them in stock and installed the retaining rings for me.When I installed them, Viper Brand, they were very snug. The store is very well managed and the training manager helped me at front end. I will definitely return to this store.
