We recently purchased a box of 4 Cinnabons and there was curly black hair inside of one of them - ended up just throwing them away. Disgusting and unsanitary! Do better.

Drove here to get the cookies and creme chill factor at 830. Employee advised that they're not serving it right now, so I said ok like you don't have the stuff or you don't make that drink anymore. He replied that we stop serving it earlier, so I said what time do you stop serving it to which he replied at 8. I then asked why at 8 to which he replied I don't know. Seemed as though he just didn't want to make it. Why would you stop serving something when you're open for another half hour?? Waste of time

I am writing this because I was so disappointed in the quality of the toll. This roll used to be covered in cinnamon and was an absolute delight to consume. Today my roll was all dough with a dusting of cinnamon, see picture. The standard can't be like this at all the stores?! #cinnabonfail #cinnaless #cinnadust

Didn’t experience any of the service everyone was talking about. Could be a totally new staff but here for the cinnamon buns and if I got that and made properly. I’m all smiles!Tried one of the deluxe cinnabons, the maple pecan. Nice amount of people and on top as well as a good amount of icing and maple sauce!Always happy having a cinnabon cinnamon bun. Nice and soft! And cannot resist that gorgeous smell that goes throughout the area as you go by a Cinnabon location!Great job overall!Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics, vids and more amazing content!

Everyone told me to try Cinnabon while in Toronto and OMG for a cinnamon bun lover, this was heaven! Sad we don’t have it in Quebec but will be on my list everytime I pass nearby ;)

The Cinnabons are great - no doubt! After doing some holiday shopping, I got there at 8:40pm with my mom so she could enjoy her first Cinnabon. I was disappointed they blocked off their seating area. They had washed the floors, stacked the tables and chairs and emptied the garbages. I think it's safe to say they were ready for home time. There were still 20 operational minutes to go before they closed. I told the cashier that the nice thing to do for your guests would be to open up the seating area until you close at 9pm. Her response was we are short staffed". Based on my observation
