My first time getting a massage in like 9 years! Kyla was super friendly and made sure the 90 minutes were spent wisely with a full body massage! I also tried cupping and it was amazing! Looking forward to coming back for acupuncture and cupping too :) the whole place is so pretty and very clean. My favourite massage place ever now!

Very Good Osteopathy,, but RMT wasn’t a good experience.. had to repeatedly ask for pressure to be harder/softer, felt she wasn’t understanding of the physiology. I’m not sure if it was lack of experience but felt a lot of discomfort a week after still. Nice little spot though which I hope to visit again for osteopathy.

Recently visited Lilac and Lavender for a massage from Nicole Z.The entire experience was amazing. The location is clean, cozy, and serene. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.I don't have much experience with massage, and Nicole did a great job making me feel comfortable and relaxed.The massage itself was absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be back soon and I highly recommend that others treat themselves here as well.

I have been having osteopathic treatments with Jenny for quite a while now to alleviate lower back pain. Thanks to Jenny's expertise, I can now do planks again, back bends, down-dogs, and most importantly, put on my shoes without being in pain while trying to bend back up. I no longer get up multiple times during the night to release the throbbing tension in my back. I've tried a couple other therapies (chiro, acupuncture) over the years but no one has given me the relief that Jenny has. She is a perfect compliment to the Lilac and Lavender team!

I had a massage with Nicole Wilson. She did a great job. As well, as a tourist on holiday, she answered many of my questions about the area. The location is also clean and bright. A very friendly atmosphere.

A friend booked herself and I an appointment as a treat to me. Our first time coming to this place and we were not disappointed!The shop itself is so clean and bright.We had the pleasure of having Suzie. It was fantastic!You know it was so good that you’re still raving about it all through the night when you’re appointment was in the afternoon. She gave a 10 star massage and was so personable. We will definitely be going back.You can get a massage anywhere, it’s good people that make it that much better.Thanks Suzie!
