Amazing service. I am usually not the kind leaving reviews unless they are exceptionally good or bad, but these guys definitely deserve to be recognized. I had a leak in my basement coming from the AC and they were able to help me fix the issue through video chat. It turned out to be only a clogged drain but no doubt many companies would have booked an appointement and charged me for this kind of work ! Kelly's Heating has earned my trust for any future maintenance work.

In the past two years I have used J. Kelly’s Heating Ltd. on Bayview Ave. for a new residential hot water tank and to replace the motor of my forced-air gas furnace. Each job was very satisfactory and I found them to be professional, on-time, efficient, honest, knowledgeable, friendly and tidy. Great service and I highly recommend J. Kelly’s Heating Ltd.

We have long entrusted our heating needs to Kelly's and recommend their team to anyone seeking excellent customer service, technical knowledge and a total commitment to keeping their living space comfortable year-round. The service we received last weekend was exemplary. The Kelly's professional went to great lengths to get our furnace running again when he had to first source a missing part early Monday morning and return to our house to install it. We began our week worry-free as a result of his efforts to get our furnace operating perfectly again.

I am so pleased with this company. I was having an issue with my 20 year old boiler and other companies were unresponsive or unprofessional. Kelly’s came to our house, knowledgeable, respectful, kind and explained everything in detail. They fixed our boiler and we are so pleased. Highly recommend!

Called Neil regarding my 18 year old boiler. He responded quickly ordering the necessary parts and set up an appointment to service my unit. I was very satisfied with the service performed and happy the boiler could be saved. Definitely recommend Kelly’s and will continue to use them for all my heating and air conditioning service needs in the future.

Fantastic company! We had a heating problem that was misdiagnosed by 3 other very well known companies. (One quote was for $20,000 and would have involved major hassles and upheaval. The other two were worse than useless.) Joe Kelly came, carefully diagnosed the problem, and the quote to fix it was modest. The final invoice was for half the estimate, because they finished it much more quickly than expected. Joe and his sons were a delight to work with, and we are extremely pleased with the result.

Awesome service. Heard about them from others in neighborhood. They are fast, reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. Our AC broke during a hot stretch in the summer... called them next morning, and they came and fixed everything by the afternoon. Couldn't be happier :)

Joe and Neil replaced my 20 year old mid-efficiency furnace in one day. The price was fair, the service was top notch and personalized. The installation was fantastic and they left no trace they were ever there...other than a new furnace! Highly recommended!

Knowledgeable and honest. I just bought a new house and was warned by the realtor that the furnace was old and possibly not large enough for the house. Sure enough, it started acting up over the first winter and I was worried I would need to replace the whole thing. Kelly’s Heating called me back immediately and came out right away. They found out it was just two parts that needed to be replaced. It has worked perfectly ever since. I wonder how long the previous owners suffered with half a furnace because they were using the wrong people.
