Superintendent is very rude and disrespectful. She constantly tries to “inspect” the unit. The water is turned off typically once a month, the elevator is constantly out of service and they never do any unit maintenance.

Lynden Place
Place is horrible, everything outdated, dirty and doesn't work properly. Even the appliances are very old and don't work that well and nothing gets fixed properly when you request repairs. Haven't had anything fixed or updated in 8 years we been here and nothing but problems with the people and place itself. Office is never open, owners don't call you back when you want to speak about an issue.
