Terrible service my fiancé has been with them for years all of a sudden Seamus has no time for his customers an his customers should consider them selves lucky if he returns there call his words to me very sad with all the money we pay to have service like this all of a sudden Desjardins is a great insurance company but I don’t recommend Seamus as broker everything is fine until you have to make a claim with him very unfortunate

Purchased motorcycle insurance through Seamus Kelly in 2015 for my 2012 Kawasaki Ninja 250r, got a very reasonable quote and friendly service. The next year I expected a small decrease in price, but instead my price increased. I emailed Seamus' office requesting an explanation, and received no answer. Since the coverage was still worth the money, I decided to just let it slide and auto-renew for another year. Well, that must be what they expected this year when my renewal letter came and I saw my price had AGAIN gone up, even more this time, making my 2017 coverage over 25% more expensive than my 2015 coverage. I again emailed Seamus' office, this time receiving a response the next day telling me there was nothing he could do". I asked for an explanation and/or justification but he did not care to include one. For comparisons sake

Not welcoming at all... if they are the only agent for Desjardins, I will not stay with them.They doesn't know a lot on rules and regulation of insurance...
