Worst place to rent. Venesa, the Maintenance lady is racist and just disrespectful, I'm surprised they let her handle things. She keeps on harrasing the tenants guest and makes accusations that are not true. I know a few other tenants that left the building I'm in just because of her.

There service is ok .but since my suite got on fire. They didn't help much. And no response. From staff. I still hoping they help me at some point.

I find the building manager Christine is racist, unprofessional and doesn’t even clean the building or care about the safety of people in the building.

They are highly un-professional. Their rent management people are sending the wrong notices for not paying the rent of months. Everytime, they sent me notices for different months. When I visited their office along with all the proofs, they asked me to come some other time or we will call you at your time of convenience. They never called me back.

Maintenence at this bldg is bar none but the lack of monthly upkeep of vacuumed floors and polished entry doors/windows is embarrassing. Thank you to Hansen for 6 good years, could we possibly hire a cleaning person or at least do impromptu check ins?

Great place honest bricklayers

This property management company treated my friend unfairly. She was renting from them and they did not respond to her in a timely manner, did not answer her questions after multiple attempts to speak with someone, just kept her waiting for weeks causing her to jump through hoops. Mike- the landlord of the property is also unprofessional and unhelpful when it comes to anything. Rather than discuss something with residents he just leaves notes under doors and then never discusses it with them again or takes forever to call back. 100% do not rent with this company, in all my years of renting I have never seen anyone go through something like this! It caused her great distress.
