My neighbour was having an electrical issue. I did some basic troubleshooting and determined that the problem was with the main breaker coming into the house. One phase was arcing at the main breaker. It was beyond my ability to fix for them - not a simple breaker replacement. I called Phase 4 later in the afternoon and they had someone at the house within a half hour! The panel guts" needed to be replaced due to corrosion/age. They contacted Algoma Power to have the power shut off

Phase 4 did an excellent job with my panel replacement. I upgraded from fuses to breakers. They were organized, punctual and great to deal with overall. The job was done in a timely fashion and very neat. I highly recommend their services. Thanks again!
