Bought my first printer from them in December. Everybody there was great and super helpful throughout the entire process. I had some issues with my printer that were very quickly taken care of. I also really like their Mech Points program, but the only downside is that it makes me want to buy more.

Fantastic customer service and exceptional products! Alex once again went the extra mile to help me out with a problem I was having with my CR10s Pro V2. He called me over the phone and explained to me how to update the firmware on my specific machine after he emailed me the files. My printer feels like a new machine!Thanks Alex!!!!

Really nice people. Edward really helped me out with all my issues with my Ender - 3. It's finally working to its full potential, and that's just because of the help I received from Edward and the staff over at Mech. While I was over there I saw this conveyer belt beauty. I would love to use this fine and exiting machine. Just gotta convince my korean wife to let me buy this.

The best place to buy any of your printers, parts, accessories, or filament. I have used Mech Solutions for about 6 months now. They have always been incredibly helpful. They have a wide variety of parts I am in constant need of. As anyone printing knows it's just a matter of time before a part goes lol.The staff at Mech Solutions are always there to offer advice and help with providing the info I need to get the right part.I would recommend them to anyone who who needs anything 3d printing related.

Could not have been happier with my experience. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable, and clearly had a lot of enthusiasm for his work.I picked up a used Ender V2 and between the price and service, I honestly feel like I got a better deal than if I had gotten new. Good service earns good reviews, keep it up everyone.

Accidentally stumbled across them when I decided to finally enter into the world of 3D printing and was googling ender 3D sellers.Alex was amazing answering some initial pre sales questions and followup stumbles during first few days getting my printer dialed in.The printer was a great price and my package included a few bonus upgrade items. Shipping was quick leaving the next day and arriving a few days later.2 weeks after receiving the printer I received a check in phone call from Max to see how I was doing. It was unexpected and comforting to see how much they care about the post sale customer care as well.Wonderful experience start to finish and I am looking forward to future purchases.

Alex is an amazing person! He has helped me trouble shoot and upgrade both 3D printers that I have purchased from Mech Solutions and any time that I place an order with them, Alex takes care of everything.Most recently, I sent an email with some questions about an order that I was about to place around 8:30 pm (well after hours) and was not expecting to get a reply until the morning. Alex replied to me within minutes and answered all my questions as usual. He continued to help me out until our final email around 11pm at night!I am absolutely blown away by the level of dedication and customer service that Alex and the Mech Solutions team provides to me every time that I make an order. I cannot recommend this company and Alex enough! Any time you make an order, be sure to ask for Alex!

We had purchased a 3D printer through the Best Buy canada website. In not even a year we had problems with the printer. Best buy would not help us, and the printer manufacturer wouldn't either. We reached out to Mech Solutions directly as they were the seller through Best Buy. We were put in touch with Alex, and he was helpful in trying to get us up and running. Unfortunately, even with all the things we tried we could not get the printer working. Alex stepped up and has helped us get a replacement part for the printer, and has walked us through the troubleshooting process. Just waiting for it to be delivered so we can install. All and all a very good experience with this company.

I've been using Mech E stores for the last few months now. Their product quality and prices are next to none. They deliver speedily, at least here in BC. They have so far only forgot to deliver one of my orders, however, when notifiedvia email, they expedited the parcel and had it arrive the next morning free of charge. I love their rewards program and will certainly continue shopping there in the future!
