I have used Richard and his team for multiple events over the years (both business and personal) any experience has always been a 5 star, A+ experience!!Communication with the digital near team is quick and courteous. They take the time to explain everything in detail so that everyone is lined up perfectly when it comes time for the event.Pricing is extremely reasonable and fair. I think you actually get more than what you pay for which is another reason I keep using them!Overall the digital mirror team makes any event better with their offerings and professionalism. We hosted a corporate event off-site and invited Richard and Mike to complete the creative. Overall, this is a team of great, down-to-earth guys, fulfilled the ask, and the outcome looked great. We needed to take photos of roughly 100 people and impose customized text on top of the photos, print and distribute to the participants in roughly an hour and a half. Richard and Mike did everything in time and, although there were some errors (totally understandable given the volume and time crunch), were quick at working with us to fix those errors. My only suggestion would be to improve communication with clients, i.e. provide information proactively and offer options for solutions to a task.Otherwise, good job. Thank you guys.
