Julia, who works the front desk, was amazing! My car was vandalized and my back car window was smashed out. She was able to get my car in immediately to have the staff clean up the glass shards and get a protective cover on the back window within an hour. She is extremely knowledgeable with how ICBC works and gave us great information on how to proceed with our claim. Customer service is def 5 stars in my book!

Had a small rock chip repair to my windscreen. Good service, got on with it straight away and only took half na hour in total. Will be using their service again on future.

Super happy with the service I received here! Walked in to get a quote on a rock chip on my windshield. They were able to get me in right away, let me use a rental car, and my car was done in an hour. Not to mention, I can hardly even notice that I had a rock chip in the first place! The guy helping me (didn't catch his name) was awesome and made it so fast and painless. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs work done!
