Mint Smartwash

The staff here were amazing, however the wash scratched the clear coat on my new truck. The truck was in great shape previously, as it’s been polished and waxed very recently. The paint looked immaculate. This was incredibly disappointing as it’s the only scratch on the truck, and I could see it on the truck the second I got out of the wash to vacuum my mats.

Growing up I loved watching how things were made and the automated system factories would employ to create massive volumes of a product or service. I also love love cars. So when I heard that a new smart driven system" car wash had just opened up... I knew I just had to try it out!!! All I have to say is OMG. You can't miss the Lime Green sign just off Macleod Trail south (just after Southland Dr. if heading south). The next thing that catches your eyes are the Free Vaccum and Air signs! Ever since gas stations started charging for these services

When a purchased the membership, I was super excited to try this new car wash. Unfortunately after going through the tunnel I found several scratches and swirls on my new truck. This was the first question asked when I bought the membership and they did advised me the technology had improved and it wouldn’t scratch the paint. This is very disappointing and would like to see if Mint Car Wash would take any responsibility for the damages caused.

This is the best car wash experience I’ve ever had. I was skeptical at first as I didn’t think it would be any different than a regular car wash. Boy, was I wrong! I signed up for a first free car wash from IG and immediately bought a monthly pass. My car has never (in 25 years of driving!) been this clean. I love the extra touch of free vacuums and cloths to make my car so much better looking than it is from a regular car wash. The mat cleaning machines are my favourite though. I use them all the time so for one low price, I get a clean car inside and out. Highly recommend!!

I’m so happy this new car wash opened in our area. My husband has been a few times and loved it so I had to go check it out. I had some questions about the vacuum and the membership club, offering unlimited washes for a straight monthly fee, and how everything works around there. I was paying with cash at the wash and the staff made sure I got in the wash and made my 1st visit pleasurable. I have an older 2006 Honda Civic and I had questions about going through the car wash with my front bumper being repaired, I was assured everything would be fine, and it was. Hands down I would recommend this car wash to everyone. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, convenient location -Im not sure about the negative reviews for a brand new car wash that just opened up. I used the free vacuums, had an enjoyable customer service experience and my car came out wonderfully clean. My husband has a newer 2019 Dodge Ram Rebel & he was also very pleased with the wash. Older car, newer car, it doesn’t matter, this car wash specializes in all vehicles- cars to trucks. I’m so glad I stopped by today to give this place a try. I will definitely be back!UPDATED- APRIL 2023- the vacuums and mat wash stations are no longer free, you have to get a car wash, but it’s still worth it, $11.99 for a regular wash.

I had an amazing experience washing my cars at Calgary location. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I was thrilled to see that they provide towels for cleaning the car and mat washing and drying. The process is so easy and detailed that it felt like a spa day for my car! I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to pamper their car

The monthly pass looks expensive at first, but having a clean car anytime is really nice. Instead of a local hand spray wash that’s still fairly expensive for a decent job, not to mention the effort. Running through the automatic wash just because you’re in the area or the car is dirty is worth a lot more than I would have valued it at before. I do the vacuum and dry every few washes when I have time, it’s much more enjoyable and less of a chore than it use to be. Quality of wash is above average, having rags available is fantastic, employees are friendly and it operates like a well oiled machine, pull into the member lanes and you’re in right away.

I bought a membership and have used the car wash 2 times now. Both times, the back of my vehicle is still extensively dirty after the wash. The wait for the express lane was just as long as the single pay line. I'm not too sure if I'm happy with this car wash and what I'm paying for.

Phenomenal automatic car wash, did a great job and didn't leave lines on the windshield like the other ones I've used. Mat wash station, vacuums on both sides and towels to dry off were great included features that make your vehicle look new again. Bought a 10 wash pack and already looking forward to my next wash!
