FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration

SOOO Grateful for these guys! Spencer came out after another restoration company screwed me over for 14 months. Spencer Got Er Done! If not for you, I am sure I will still be in Limbo. Thank you sooo much!!

Our project manager, Spencer, has been an absolute nightmare to work with. He is so disorganized and doesn’t document any conversations. The lack of communication is astounding. We once had a conversation about his team coming in on a Monday to start work. When I brought this up again the day-of he had zero memory of our conversation and made me feel crazy like I had made it up.Then after they replaced the wet sub-flooring, he told his team to put everything back together. I happened to call him and ask him what the issue was/what the source of the water leak was and he said “oh uh I think I messed up. I’ll have to call my guys and tell them to stop work. I’ll call you back and let you know.” He never called me back. My wife ended up calling him because I was working and he said “it was your responsibility to get someone in to fix the source of the problem; I told your wife this. You had months to get someone in to do this.” Not only did he never tell me this, he specifically told my wife back in December when he first came in that his team would “open up the area and find out what the source of the problem is.” At no point did he say “however we do not fix the problem so you should get someone else in to do that”. I am a very organized person and we have tenants living downstairs so in no way would I have not booked a waterproofing company to come in and avoid delaying this process. Being told it was my fault when I didn’t know and would have dealt with it accordingly had I been told, was a complete slap in the face.Lastly, he told Taylor Flooring that everything was good to go and they could put the floor back down in the rooms where we didn’t have a water problem. Yet, it was his responsibility to make sure the toilet was off and it wasn’t. I was only informed of this when Taylor flooring came in and said that was Spencer’s responsibility to make sure that was off. This again, is delaying the process.Not only do I not appreciate how much Spencer has prolonged this whole process (therefore causing us to lose income from our tenants and them being put out of their home for longer) but I don’t appreciate how he has made it all seem like that is my fault when it is very clearly his.All this has happened and we aren’t even done dealing with them so I’m sure he will find ways to disappoint me further.

The first day they finally showed up to help move things out, they were there for half an hour then told us they had another job and they would be back" They came back the next day

We have had excellent service so far. Each team has arrived promptly and has worked very quickly and efficiently. As we were new to this whole process, the FOS Project Manager took charge and has made the whole experience much easier.

Andrew was the best, he was so thorough with his work. He ensured we were clear on everything being done at the time. And was so polite and considerate that he was in our home. Excellent job!

First Onsite did a great job with our restoration. Billy, Darren, and the rest of the crew did great work and were very professional. Victoria's help through the process was greatly appreciated.

We hired First on site to replace our roof after some severe wind damage. I found the entire experience dealing with them to be unnecessarily frustrating. Once my deposit was paid, the job that was supposed to take 2-3 weeks dragged out over 2 months with no communication about what was going to happen or when. The person managing the project never once came out to our house to inspect the job, or called to provide any updates or details. When the roofers actually came to replace the roof he told them not to do portions of the roof that we're approved to be replace.Don't waste your money, time or patience trying to deal with this company. Would give zero stars if I could.

Management of the restoration project was well handled. Just like to thank Victoria, who kept in touch with us and provided an accurate schedule of what needed to be done and when it would be done. The analysis and repairs were done very professionally and we had no problems with any part of the restoration and repairs. All the staff were cordial, particularly Shannon, who was very approachable and let us know when he would be on-site and was punctual. Overall great job.

We were very pleased with the results done on our bathrooms. Victoria sent us some very efficient workers especially Shawn who was amazing. They all spoke very highly of Victoria MacDonald Gloria Ferris
