don’t even bother ordering online from them. placed a small order almost a month ago and it was just cancelled. i called the store about a week and a half after placing the order asking if i’d be able to cancel the delivery and come pick it up myself because of the lack of communication regarding my order. i was told that the order was already in transit to me and that it should be here soon. i didn’t receive any type of shipping confirmation email or tracking number. i checked the one confirmation email i received almost a month ago to see if i could track the package and it said that my order was cancelled. no email from them saying it was cancelled. glad i checked because i would have continued to wait.

I ordered 3 items from this website and i wanted quicker shipping so i selected Canada post expedited parcel which takes 2 days i ordered this a week ago and still no update or tracking number

BUYERS BEWARE !!I sent the following email this company about my order, after not receiving any update about it.I was told that my order (22423) would be shipped on Wednesday (April 19th 2023) or Thursday (April 20th 2023) the latest. It is now Friday, April 21st and my package still has not shipped. Please note that your web site states that items will be shipped in 2-5 business days. My order was place last Saturday, April 15th 2023. Kindly let me know when my items will be shipped.She told my that my items will be delivered Tuesday (today) but I have yet to receive any tracking number or an email stating that my items have been shipped. I asked her for the tracking number but I have gotten no response. If you do not have my items, please cancel my order and refund my money. If I do not receive my items by today, I will be opening a case with my credit card provider, against this company.UPDATE: it seems like the owner has been lying to me all along. My package was never with the carrier or even shipped. I believe they are replying to the reviews here in order to not look bad and say that the package is with the carrier. To this day I have no received a tracking number or an email saying the package has been shipped. The company has refunded my money, thankfully. It is not right to lie to customers. Ordering from them is a waste of time.Do not order from them!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on January 28th, 2023. Today is February 17, 2023, soon to be a month later and I still haven’t received it yet and every time I email and ask for a tracking number to see exactly where my products are and exactly when it’s supposed to come they never give it, as if they’re lying or hiding something, which at this point would be easy to believe. I am tired and angry. I ordered only 3 products and I live only a 3 hrs drive away. Why it must take over a month to get here is beyond me. I feel like I was just stolen from and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!Update: they told me last week that it would be delivered this week. On wednesday, (February 15th), when I emailed asking for the tracking number, they didn’t give it to me and only said “Canada Post said it would be delivered by friday”(February 17). Well today is Saturday(February 18) and once again they lied. I want a refund!!

Just received my package , everything I ordered came. The delivery was a bit longer than I expected but I ordered during the holidays so I understand. I am happy with my order, the communication could be a little more detailed but overall I would recommend thank you guys !

I placed an order on this website on April 12th (last week Wednesday) and have emailed multiple times asking when the items will be shipped -- I was first promised it would be shipped Friday, April 14th and AT THE LATEST Monday, April 17th. It is now Thursday April 20th and the package has still not shipped despite them also promising it would be shipped TODAY. I understand that there may be a lot of orders or they may be very busy, but PLEASE do not lie to your customers on when things will be shipped. Needless to say, I will likely not order from them again, unfortunately.

I am extremely pleased with my experience...the ease of navigation through the website to purchase my order, the price, the ease of payment and the shipping time all contribute to my desire to continue to buy from this company.

I never received my package ordered 2 weeks ago. And now they don't even answer their email. As you seem to react to online comments about your business I am trying here. Please either send the package or refund the money.EDIT: The team contacted me and sent the package in 2 days. It was only fair to come back here to give the update that they resolved the issue in a timely manner. All the products were as ordered and in good shape. Thanks and I will order again (but will manage my expectations for the delay)

What sort of business are you guys doing .. the worst part is I am beginning to sound like a broken record . I placed an order(23620) since Saturday on express shipping and almost a week later nothing . I have been calling since Tuesday .. stories after stories and it’s like I am being tossed around and lied to … it’s not even funny … I was told my order will get to me last night. As I speak nothing .. what sort of cheap lies do you guys tell for heavens sakes. This is after telling them I had to travel today .. Funny enough if I saw these reviews, hmm I would have treaded carefully. Please if you don’t have my order at this point just return my money back because I mean this is not a good look
