10/10 do not recommend buying here. I bought a 2013 dodge dart here and already regret it after 2.5 months. Engine light came on soon after I got it which I checked out myself and it needed a new thermostat so I brought it in and they just deleted the code so obviously it came on soon again and then they replaced it. And now I realized the alignment was way off (uneven tire wear) and the service guy blamed it on the tires for being winter tires. I will never buy another vehicle there again

Very large selection of vehicles. Some are quite reasonably priced while others seem quite expensive. I was pleased to have someone actually come out to talk to me about what I was looking for and check their inventory. They didn't have what I was looking for. I was told to keep checking as they are always getting more vehicles and would try to find something along the lines that I was looking for. Although I have never personally dealt with this dealership. They do have a very good reputation. So I would probably deal with them.

Couldn’t be happier with our new vehicle that we purchased. Tom is a great salesman and does not beat around the bush. We got our vehicle delivered today and everything he said was promised. Again, talk to Tom when you visit Goodwills.

Highly recommend going to see Jerry at Goodwill if you are in the market for a used vehicle. We have purchased two vehicles from Jerry and both times the buying experience has been fantastic. We recently purchased a truck and couldn't be happier. We were not sure what type of truck we wanted, so Jerry made sure we were able to test drive all different models. It had snowed the day prior and the entire sales team came outside to clean off vehicles so that we could test drive them. We were able to narrow down the make and model that we wanted, but they didn't have the specific trim level that we were looking for. Jerry promised that he would try to see what he could find and within a few weeks he had the exact truck that we wanted. We had a small issue with the truck a few weeks after picking it up (no fault of goodwills), so I reached out to Jerry and he made sure we were looked after. Thanks again for all your help Jerry!

Great service start to finish with Jerry! Awesome small town dealership! Made us feel right at home and we drove 2.5 hours to get there. 100% worth it. HIGHLY recommend!

Takes advantage of people. I had bad credit. The let me text drive a few cars but then said the company wouldn’t approve any of them, but I could get an escape that Is on the shop. About 5 years old and over 170,000 k. For over $22,000. (That included interest and the finance companies charges) After just a few months the car left me stranded. Took it to a warrenty approved shop only to hear the engine needed replacing. The warrenty covered $3,000 leaving me with another $3000 out of pocket. Goodwill wouldn’t take any responsibility for selling me a lemon and denied everything. They said they just turned it up, yet when I bought it they were waiting for a special part. They are crooks and liars. If you got poor credit they will use you. If you do buy buy something from them, get CAA!

only have great things to say about this place ! Carmen was a great person to deal with from allowing time to look at vehicle and test driving one and even called in a truck that was out so I could look at it and test drive it (which ended up being the one I bought ) took me through the best way to pay for the vehicle got approved quick got the vehicle detailed and looking great on pick up day ! I appreciate the professionalism of this place! so if your looking for a great vehicle and a dealership that stands behind the sale !! stop here and give them your time and money and business they are deserving of it and they show appreciation too !!

Great dealership with excellent customer service. I filled out the online credit app Sunday, approval was in Monday. Doug was very helpful. No long waiting and no gimmicks.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this dealership and our salesmen Jerry!! We bought an AMAZING 2018 GMC Denali sight unseen. Jerry was so so nice and even made the deal happen while he was on vacation. They gave me top dollar for my trade in as well. I even met one of the owners who came to meet us. He was funny and light hearted. It’s clear he loves his business. The transaction was quick and easy. We had our kids with us (2 and 5) so Jerry made sure everything was seamless and quick as we drove almost 3 hours. He was also SO kind and even hand drew a map for a fun detour back to the highway so our daughter could see some farms and possibly a horse and buggy. Which WE DID! She was elated. Amazing experience start to finish. I would definitely buy again and I will definitely recommend this dealership! It was worth the drive to Alymer ;) Thanks Jerry everyone who made this happen at Goodwills!
