Reasonably fresh tasting food for pre frozen then thawed in the oven b half baked donuts cookies n muffins but the coffee is usually decent and pretty fresh....

went in around noon yesterday and ordered an iced capp and a farmers wrap. the cashier was all over the place and didnt seem too much on task even though they were seemingly dead. took about 10 minutes to receive my drink which was already half melted by the time it reached my hand and the wrap followed about 5 minutes later. the wrap was a whole other story. i dont think I've ever had a wrap so poorly made to the point they had to use different packaging to contain it. the wrap was flattened and burnt to hell and back. absolutely no sauce and quite possibly the worst thing I've ever had from a fast food restaurant. to top it all off, there was a long black hair near the bottom of the wrap, presumably from someone who opted out of using a hair net. overall an awful experience. i can guarantee i will not be visiting this location any time soon. i would give them a 0/5 if i could.

So I went down to my Local Tim's for 2 large Chili meals. I get home and I'm a bit disappointed to see that each contained only half a bun. Is this the Tim Hortons version of Shrinkflation"? However

Went in to place my order at 10am this morning & the cashier's hands were filthy. The dirt under her nails was disgusting. Needless to say I didn't drink my coffee with the lid on it. I hope a manager sees this & does something about this cashier.

How is it that a bathroom made for human beings, can smell more like ammonia than a cats litter box?This place smells terrible.Coffee is good however and the staff are friendly.I suggest using this one for drive through only.

Walked out after waiting 15 min for a coffee today. Only 1 person in line ahead of me but cashier took 15 min to make 2 coffee and chat with her friend at the till. This is FAST FOOD!!!

Thankyou to the waiter that was so efficient with our large group of family yesterday. We all enjoyed the food and the relaxed atmosphere. Half of us came by water, and the other half by car. It is wonderful that this location is perfect for large groups. Why you only got 9 stars is because the cleanliness of windows, window sills, and over all, needs improved. Your waiter got you those 9 stars. There were quite a few employees standing around, that could have been cleaning, while the waiter and bar tender were working.
