Canada Post

Very poor service specifically at this branch. This isnt my first time with a bad service person at this location. Today after I waited in a 10 minute line she closed the post office 5 minutes early and didnt mail my package, which I had already prepared for her.

Absolutely a WASTE of my time!I went to forward my recently deceased mothers mail.From a B.C residential address to another local BC residential address. I had all paperwork already filled out so it should have been a simple transaction especially since I was served by the manager Sylvie. Thinking the Manager would know how to do the job.She however charged me $228. 00 +tax for a service that should have been $92.50+ taxWe questioned her as it did not match what online Canada Post had said.She gave a non existent answer- “it costs difference for deceased mail forwarding” …. instead of checking her work - or verifying she has made an error and was wrong instead of having a lack of care to even double check. When this was the last thing I wanted to be doing… her attention to detail for the ask was completely lacking.Complete disregard for customers time and a waste of gas to return to get it refunded.I would DEFINITELY not use this outlet in future! No genuine care to provide a service, and no genuine apology for her lack of care.

Hours inaccurate, went to great lengths to get here by 6 p.m. on Saturday only to find out that they actually close at 5 p.m. with an official sign on the counter, so they know they are, they just couldn't bother to update their Google ad. Their actual hours are closing at 5 p.m. on Saturdays and 4 p.m. on Sundays, just FYI.

The young man behind the counter was too lazy to look for my box even thought there was about only 20 there, he told me to come back tomorrow when someone else sorted them.I have been waiting 5 weeks, it was right behind him but apparently it was above his duties.Not impressed.

Quite surprised by all the negative reviews. I've been here for my mailing needs for the past year, since moving to the area, and it's always been very pleasant. Maybe because I've always been assisted by William (think that's his name)? He's very profession, helpful, and always friendly.

Convenient location. Friendly service. Open on Sundays!

Sylvia was kind and efficient. Nice little post office inside Shoppers Drug Mart.

Don’t know why this location has low stars. Staff here are always professional and helpful.

I have been using this Post Office since June, 2020, picking up parcels every two weeks. I have found them to be terrific! William who is primarily at the desk is efficient, patient, mature beyond his years and incredibly kind. Hope fills in occasionally and is equally as helpful. I always look forward to a great experience. In my estimation, William should be running the entire Canadian Postal System…and maybe he will be one day!
