We had an excellent experience with Elegant Woodwork. They installed some cabinets for us and a countertop in our laundry room. Patrick and his team worked really hard to get all of our projects completed in one day. Really happy with their service and the quality of their work. They also cleaned up so well after themselves which I really appreciated. Would definitely work with this company again!

I have to give a huge thank you to everyone at Elegant for the awesome job they have done on our home. We have undertaken a renovation in Dewinton and Elegant has helped with a large scope of work.Because we hired a general contractor for our project, we have dealt with management at arms length, but they have been excellent. Very accommodating due to some unfortunate circumstances.Anyone working on site has been clean and tidy and done great work with great attention to detail. The custom finishing is something you hope will look amazing and they have more than delivered on everything so far.I would like to post some photos of what they have completed, but in fairness to them will wait until the project is entirely complete to return and post some pictures of the finished product.Thank you Elegant!

Great company!! We first contacted elegant after walking through a lottery home. We decided to try them out with a bathroom remodel and our expectations were exceed on both the design and professionalism of the company. Since we have had them remodel our entire kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the final product and entire process of dealing with this fantastic company.

These guys are brutal! I wish Calbridge Homes would work with a more professional company. They have been trying to colour match our cabinet doors for 8+ weeks and have missed their last deadline for installation. What a joke. 2 wrong colour matches and still no update and no call to let us know the plan. Choose wisely home builders.

Pick a different company!We built a house and had issues with a cabinet initially. Cost us $1000 to fix an error that they should have caught considering they are the “experts”.Fast forward 4 years.....We decided to close a TV cabinet with regular doors. They were very quick to take our money. When the doors came in the wrong colour and the middle mouldings off by over an inch I reached out to get them corrected. Quick reply apologizing for the error and that they would get it corrected right away. Several months later with no correction, they won’t return my emails or calls.Fool me once.....should have learned the first time but we felt this would be easier considering they had the original kitchen design. Take the advice of those giving honest reviews of poor customer service and workmanship on here. Spend your money with a local company that earns and wants your business. This isn’t it!

Great service and communication! We contacted Elegant woodwork with a tight timeline and they were happy to help! They were able to work around our schedule for delivery and install of our mantel. The carpenter did a beautiful job and we couldnt be happier with it!

Elegant Woodwork has a real nice showroom.It's really professional looking product and their looks to be pretty well built. Lots of door styles and cabinet colors. They have a really impressive paint shop, andsome real nice equient in their factory.

While the quality of their work is very good, their responsiveness and service is extremely poor. they do not pick up the phone, show up on time, respond to emails or requests to finish work that is only partially complete. We are now 6 weeks past when they were supposed to come and finish some details. They skip appointments and provide no explanation, or even reschedule.

Terrible. My builder used them as a trade and they made so many mistakes. Didn't return calls and emails. Finally it is all fixed but they were not good to deal with.

We used Elegant Woodworks through Homes by Avi, and while the quality has been decent (the Brazilian wood stain looks beautiful, but our upgraded, black stained lower cabinets came with whitish corners and edges that they never deigned to deal with), their service is unbelievably bad. Our appliance garage (flip-up") door was a bit too big
